Pension reform still remains in the top of the news, although the error is already in the heading. Obviously, in fact, this is no reform, if the reform means a set of measures that solve this or that social problem or economic problem. This is a plan for the seizure of funds from the population for some not very clear purpose. At the same time, the nominally declared goal can be the most noble - for example, in the name of the solidarity of generations. Or - as an urgent necessity, such as saving the Earth from the new ice age. Or to bring down an asteroid flying to the ground, which threatens to kill all living things. But still it is seizure and nothing else. You just had these funds in the potential, according to the previous social agreement, and you assumed that you could dispose of them, saw them in the family’s budget, and now they will no longer and others will dispose of them. And obviously not in order to save the earth. The truth is that there is nothing more in this “reform”, although there is simply a tremendous pressure of the political system, clouding this elementary fact.

“The theory of seizure”, of course, requires a thorough ideological support. Especially in our quasi -democratic time. It is carried out by a commercial PR confrict called the party "United Russia". She, apparently, organizes the support of regional “parliaments”, which are the same “parliaments” as “reform” - reform. The need to mitigate the unsightly picture determined the bargaining about the magnitude of the seizure and the invention of memes that introduce the thought of the inevitability of the upcoming “dispossession” into the consciousness of the townsfolk.

The following proposals have been made about the softening: to preserve regional benefits for Russian citizens who have reached “pre -reform” age, and “voluntarily” abandon some pension preferences by the ruling class or estate. The first will really reduce the amount of seizure (e) by the value (n), and the second will really reduce the wealth of the ruling estate (b) by the size (e), but the essence will not change again, the seizure is seizure. There is supposedly a global standard, how many minimally workers can safely feed how many as non-working as possible, and for us, for certain reasons, for certain reasons, there are fewer the estimated, which concludes: the economy must add working citizens and reduce non-working ones. Ideally, 100% of the first and to 0 reduce the second.

This argument has its own brutal logic, and we must notice that society, in fact, should really work. And labor is a great value. Everyone forgets this in Russia, even the opposition, because we still have respected citizens not working, but dexterous people. In Soviet times, there are sellers of department stores, now - deputies and party members. But the unpleasant consequence of this worldview, that the opponents of the “reform”, escaping to the ideological position “We do not want to work superfluous”, obviously lose the control class in points.

How to "not work"?! You have to work! Like in the West! After all, you can insist that directly from birth to lie in bed due to pain and be connected to nutritious tubes. And who will bring the tubes?

However, the devil, as always, is in details: in order to work, the economy must be commodity and producing, and work in a non -core economy, which is the current economy of Russia - this is just ... most often connected to tubes.

The same applies to the ratio between working and non -working.

"Accounting" it turns out that a person with a high salary "feeds" a larger number of pensioners than a low salary worker. It would seem an indisputable statement. However, in practice, this is not the case.

If this were so, it would be necessary to just increase the number of Dummsy by several million people, and they would be easy to feed on their large salaries a huge number of pensioners. Well, there, Matvienki, her children, brothers, uncles, aunts, spring and mizulins with relatives, to cram everyone into the Duma or the Council and, it would seem, there is no need to take care of raising the retirement age. Deductions to the Pension Fund are poured by the river. However, all this “profitability” is only a budget distribution through the approximation channels to the authorities, since everyone still sits on a particular manufacturer of goods below. On the one who shakes oil and grows potatoes. Such a simple idea that it is necessary to increase the marketability of the economy for some reason it does not occur to anyone.

You can move the retirement age to at least 100 years, but the marketability of the economy will not increase from this. Moreover, it can be guaranteed to argue that the marketability of the economy will decrease. Because older people will somehow need to be attached to the "enterprises" located in the chain of budget distribution, and promise medical support, i.e. Again, hang them on the balance of these enterprises or real entrepreneurs, if they still remain, having achieved that the economy will become less market, less effective and less commodity. For something I did not see that in the most densely populated areas of Russia, like Moscow and the Moscow region, there would be oil wells or steel-rolling plants.

There is another important point - housing and communal services, in which, according to some calculations, more than 4 million people work. Previously, it was all the despised poor sphere, but now almost the only industry with guaranteed capitalization, they are fighting for it, they are attached to it, experiencing a fever. And it is mainly contained by pensioners, receiving money from the budget and immediately making transfers in the form of a rent. Give this connection, and you will hit a huge industry, and God knows what will happen after that. You can not interfere with scrap without consequences in such thin settings.

In general, we do not really trust economic advisers, any, who give recommendations, not making attempts to insist on changing the basic parameters. That is, insist on transforming the Russian economy into open and commodity. Nevertheless, their task is to find funds for the leader. And how can I find funds in non -core, non -market and highly extractive economy? Belousov knows this very well. Only through the removal of fat whales (as in Egypt they called a business related to the regime). Moreover, this seizure literally next to songs and hooting carries out a political class in relation to the most unprotected social strategers to pensioners. Belousov proposed to withdraw money from producers of real money - from the raw material industry, which came in to the conjuncture and volatility of the national currency.

Of course, this also has nothing good and market, and retroactively, for sure, is not very legitimate. But what can an economic adviser offer? It would be more frank, it could have reminded that the bowels belong to the people, and the people have the right to raise a rental payment, especially in the default situation on the social obligations of the state. Nevertheless, Andrei Ramovich was immediately framed (making his non -public note a public one) and scored his feet . The stock market sagged a little. They say that only in conversations the losses amounted to billions. Even Yasin jumped on a deeply respected colleague: this is wrong! There was a feeling that there was an end to a glorious career. Since fat whales or cats have the means to resist and are not at all going to share, this is not pensioners. However, it cannot be said that the improvisers receded. They have nowhere to retreat, behind Moscow, the Kremlin, Putin. According to the latest news , they replaced the word “seizure” with “investment in promising projects”. And according to a strange coincidence, the amount remained the same - 500 billion rubles. And who will refuse to invest in promising projects? They are promising!

From all this story, we must understand three things:

In the economy that Putin built, funds can be obtained only through seizure. And if not from anyone, then you have.

Until the basic conditions are changed and real freedom will not return to the country, the reforms will not work here. No. And let them not lie to you.

The ruling class, as it developed, is completely unable to perestroika and will be pulled to the disaster until the last.
