At a meeting of the Duma Commission on Mandatory Issues and Ethics Issues, they decided to completely ban the sale of alcoholic beverages in the State Duma. The head of the commission, Gennady Raikov, noted that “alcoholic beverages should not be sold in a state institution.” Amazing people sit on the district commission: it is obvious that the need to “send a messenger” and pour under the table will greatly distract the people’s representatives from their work. Well, then, do they want deputies to adopt these laws soberly?
