So, as a zealot of economic self-sufficiency, I note that I am not very impressive of the specific figures of the losses of certain enterprises or sectors of the economy from joining the WTO. As well as the total budget losses of 445 billion rubles only in 2013-2014. All this, of course, is bad, especially for those who are regarding personally, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is systemic changes, changes in the conditions of the country's economic development, the loss of part of economic sovereignty.

Any temporary losses can be experienced. For example, they can be justified by strategic prospects for the country. However, it is strategic prospects that we lose, joining the WTO. According to Russian industrialists, those whose work is to produce, and not just selling, entry into the WTO will lead to a loss of the share of the domestic market in almost all sectors. That is, we ourselves, voluntarily, give our own market, and therefore profit, and (most important!) The prospect of modernizing our economy to foreign companies.

Blessed, who believes in the altruism of countries - world leaders, but I always remember that no one has yet canceled the struggle for existence.

This, by the way, feels well a completely selfish Russian inhabitant. Often making a personal choice in favor of better foreign goods, he nevertheless feels the strategic danger of such consumer behavior. So, the two -thirds of the respondents surveyed by the “new region” expressed categorically against joining the WTO. Even more - 76% - spoke out in the same way during a telephone survey for Echo of Moscow. I heard it myself. Apparently, knowing about the negative attitude of the Russian voter to the WTO, our authorities practically classified all the information about the introduction. The protocol itself, more than two thousand pages, remained not translated into Russian. In any case, it was on this basis that Churov officially refused the initiative group of citizens to hold a referendum on the WTO. But this is precisely the question on which it would not be a sin to ask the opinion of the people. Otherwise, what are the current rulers, supposedly anti -communists, differ from them? Again, without asking us, they drag the country into a bright future?
