We lose it ...

In the Kremlin

We lose it ...

June 16, 2009 Alexander Golts

With our eagle, Don Putin V.V., something happens definitely. Literally daily, he pleases the subordinate people with new gags, which make him doubt their adequacy after visiting Pikalev. At first he visited the gallery of the official artist Ilya Glazunov. There, like Kim Jong Ira, he “carried out a leadership on the spot” and expressed a number of supervaluable instructions on the master about the length of the princely sword and the wrong behavior of the great martyr Boris and Gleb. The sword, as it turned out, should be more, and the princes, contrary to the Christian tradition, should not have substituted another cheek and pray ...

And here is the next meeting of the government. Prime Minister Putin explains to members of the government a model of behavior with Belarusian officials. And suddenly, trying to stop their subordinates who want to answer Mr. Lukashenko (and I suspect, they have something to say), turns to their preschool experience: “Both in ordinary life and in politics, they are not the best development of events. You know, I was brought up on Leningradskaya Street, and in our yard they said in such cases: "Whoever calls us so called."

Even these revelations are generally enough to think about the adequacy of our national driver. But Vladimir Vladimirovich decided not to stop and worked as an advertising agent, having read the following text on a piece of conviction, “I want to inform you that I have signed another order of the Government of the Russian Federation - about the establishment of the Russian Arctic National Park. This is in the Arkhangelsk region, on the islands of the Novaya Zemlya archipelago and the adjacent waters in this region. The Western sector of the Russian Arctic is a unique place with a high combination of high biodiversity and high biological product. Here, the largest bird bazaars in the northern hemisphere, the roy of walruses, the habitat of the White Bear, the Greenland whale and other types of fauna listed in the International Red Book and in the Red Book of the Russian Federation.

The region is characterized by saturation, unique objects of historical and cultural heritage. And in this sense is of great interest for the development of the sphere of environmental, scientific and cognitive tourism. The creation of a national park will not damage economic activity in the region.

In our country, this activity is carried out regularly - environmental protection, I mean, in its different manifestations. We have many national parks. Here one more has been added.

I invite you to spend the next vacation in this particular, and maybe in other national parks. ”

The fact that the National Enterprise at the time of the National Crisis (production collapses, unemployment is growing, dozens of cities are ready to explode with a desperate protest) recommends the ministers to look at the roots of the walruses and the habitat of the white bear can be interpreted differently. This can be considered as evidence of the specific humor of V.V., who decided to remind the ministers that today they are in business and on Rublevka, and tomorrow they can be observed by the roles of walruses and the habitat of white bears. Not from a helicopter, but through a thorn. But it is possible that the prime minister simply decided to joke. Someone (I'm afraid to assume who exactly) invested money in creating a tourist complex in the appropriate national park and bowed the prime minister to make it advertising.

Many years ago, my late colleague Dima Pinker claimed: in the Kremlin there is such a special tributary that blows the roof to every incoming roof. My observations confirm this hypothesis. Almost all major military leaders existed and, I suspect, exist in a thick path of false enthusiasm (I will never forget the colonel who strictly asked me, then the young correspondent of the Red Star: “Why don't you admire?”).

I suspect that Putin, who for quite a while resisted the monstrous stream of flattery, still demolished the roof. At some point, he began to believe: his views on religion, art and the environment are the truth in the last instance that no one dares to challenge. And this is serious.
