Chubais was shot

The incident occurred near the village of Zhavoronki when exiting a side road onto the Minskoye Highway. The bandits were waiting for Anatoly Chubais near the turn. The security returned fire, however, according to preliminary data, the attackers managed to escape. One of the leaders of the SPS, Boris Nemtsov, called the assassination attempt political. It’s hard to disagree with him: an attempt on the life of a statesman of Chubais’ caliber is always political, regardless of the motives for the crime.
