The price of the phone will go up

Tariffs will come into effect on February 1, 2007. The fee for using the telephone line is set at 125 rubles per month. With a time-based tariff, the cost of 1 minute will be 28 kopecks. With a combined tariff plan, you will pay 104 rubles per month for 370 minutes of calls, plus 23 kopecks for each additional minute. If it is not technically possible to introduce time-based accounting, the subscription fee will be 229 rubles per month. An unlimited tariff plan will cost 380 rubles per month.
