Kudrina's time to study with Zyuganov

The anthem of the USSR could not be restored in isolation. Together with him, sooner or later everything else is restored: the only ruling party, the appointment of regional chiefs from Moscow. So far, however, it has not reached the fact that the production plans for the production of bicycles and milk were launched from the government, but, apparently, it was not long to wait. The government is actively learning to consider and report in a Soviet way-and this is a true sign.

As soon as the GDP does not double on its own, it must be correctly counted. The State Statistics Committee of the USSR for many years with its numbers in our hands convinced us that the Soviet economy was 60% of the American one. Experts free from ideological tasks have established that the weight of the country's economy of the victorious socialism is not 60% of the US economy, but at best - 14%. So the economy in this sense is not much different from the popular elections: it is important who believes and as it believes.

It seems that the Russian Ministry of Finance invited the capables of the USSR State Statistics Committee to fulfill the most important assignment of the Kremlin - doubling of GDP. As a result, the head of the Ministry of Finance Alexei Kudrin and the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development Andrei Klepach corrected data on the growth of gross domestic product over the past year from 6.5% to 7.1%. The problem, however, is that just a few days before the “miraculous discovery” of the Ministry of Finance and Mart, the head of Rosstat Vladimir Sokolin, which was not yet properly trained, has already released the figure of annual growth - 6.5%. But, we must think, they will explain to him in whose mill he pours water. Statistics will still be forced to count all their data back. By the way, they will have to make changes to the quarterly reports of the last year, otherwise not to reach 7.1%kind to the Kremlin.

But one could avoid these misunderstandings with different numbers. They would ask Zyuganov how everything was arranged under the Communists. He, although in the opposition, but in constructive - would help with pleasure. Firstly, in Soviet times, all statistics were first claimed by the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, and only then the report appeared in the press. Such a procedure made it possible to correct the numbers in advance, which, for one reason or another, were especially unpleasant to the head of the country. And this, in turn, made it possible to avoid an unnecessary public discussion about whether the people are foolish to false statistics. Nobody believed to believe anyway, but there was nothing to dispute. In addition, the Goskomstat always published two different reports for the same period. One is for publication after a visa of the Secretary General, and the second with real numbers, for official use with license plates.

True, they say that Rosstat is already practicing a special reserve for official use - literally a few dozen copies. It remains to deal with the public announcement of the data - and then GDP can not only double, but also triple.
