Former President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who is now in hospitable Belarus, was accused in absentia by the new authorities of organizing murders and abuse of office. According to Azimbek Beknazarov, deputy chairman of the interim government in charge of law enforcement agencies, there are already grounds for the ex-president's extradition.
Earlier, the interim government removed Bakiyev from office and stripped him of presidential immunity.
