Where does Putin end in?

A few days ago, everyone was sure: deliberately humiliating and rude (a la “arrest of the propagandist”) searches from prominent opposition are authorized by the highest leaders of the country. The goal looked obvious: to intimidate everyone who was going to participate in protests. But now the publicists, close to the top, put forward a completely different version. It turns out that on the eve of the head of the Investigative Committee, being in a “overturned state”, threatened the murder of Sergei Sokolov, a journalist of Novaya Gazeta. Realizing that the publicity of this monstrous history is inevitable, Bastrykin made a sole decision about searches in order to demonstrate, firstly, his fidelity and irreplaceability, and secondly, hoping that the political scandal would hide his trick. And now, trying to refute the accusations of threats after a daily silence, Bastrykin proves that the charges appeared after the searches.

In the midst of the scandal with Bastrykin from the United States, the news came that the National Intelligence Council was sent to Congress. The document claims that it is Russia that transfers to Iran a technology that allows you to create a large -range ballistic missile. Such accusations sounded before. But this time a new new one appeared in them, I would say, a sympathetic note. “The data obtained indicate that Moscow is highly probable to support the support of the Iranian missile program,” the National Intelligence Council says. In his opinion, the contracts concluded by Rosoboronexport say that "the Government of the Russian Federation is not able to control the activities of state -owned companies and cannot prevent them from participating in illegal transactions with the Islamic Republic of Iran."

So, after twelve years of endless construction, the vertical of the authorities, which sacrificed the political rights of Russians, there are reasonable suspicions: it does not work. Putin's authoritarianism does not look like an autocratic monarchy, where only a crown -bearer makes decisions. Now the mode is increasingly reminiscent of the early feudal freemen. The vassal, of course, is obliged to make the will of the overlord. But, when the will of the monarch is not expressed straight, the vassal is free to do everything that will please. Putin's “New Nobles” quite sincerely consider the departments that they were appointed to lead, their property. These codes suddenly have their own domestic and foreign policy.

At the same time, every time it remains a mystery, either Mr. Bastrykin and Isaikin, who heads Rosoboronexport, follow the instructions of Putin V.V. (That is, they implement what is called state policy in an authoritarian state), or they act in purely their own selfish interests. It's time to ask a sacramental question: where Putin ends and where Bastrykin, Isaikin and other “barons” begin.

Right now, the decomposition of the Putin management system is becoming obvious. The reasons are clear. To justify the authoritarian government, an ideology based on a certain supervision is necessary. Building a new perfect society, protection against formidable and insidious enemy - anything. The current regime, thank God, has not succeeded in this. The only basic idea of ​​Putin’s authorities was the provision of law enforcement agencies, special services, ministries, state corporations, courts and parliament - exclusively for personal enrichment. It is no coincidence that the call of Viktor Cherkesov for five years ago to be “warriors” to be “warriors” and to abandon the role of “traders” did not find, to put it mildly, support from Vladimir Putin. “Torgash”, who received the country at their disposal, tried not to get lost. As a result, the farther, the more the control system falls into the decline. Putin “ends”, barely “starting” ...
