At the “Gershwin - My Love!” evening, which opened the “This is Jazz” series of concerts at the Rossiya Concert Hall, the premiere of a new version of Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” took place. Written at one time for piano and symphony orchestra, it was the first to introduce jazz into the society of serious musical genres. And now Oleg Lundstrem has returned “Rhapsody in Blue” to jazz performers.
