Twisting a bear

According to some indirect signs, the presidential administration began a system attack on its own branch - the United Russia party.

It is clear that this assumption looks strange, but judge for yourself: according to the numerous confessions of the “Prarosov”, “Square curators” (as curators from Old Square are sometimes called), they gave them a strict indication to participate in public discussions! It is clear that this in itself is a cynical abuse of people, painstakingly selected precisely on the principle of inability to say anything (it is better, of course, inability to think about anything, but there are not enough of them even for “United Russia”), but political vivisectors from the presidential administration do not stop there!

I critically belong to the members of “United Russia”, but it should be noted that all of them, even called by “Androids”, are living people. And since we recognize the rights of criminals recorded in the Law, we simply cannot but recognize the rights of our opponents (even if they do not recognize our rights) and not protect them, as well as the rights of all other people, including from abuse of their authorities.

For human rights activists, deaf to human rights arguments, I cannot but recall that the maximum hatred of the leadership of the United Russia party is observed, as far as one can judge, by no means in purely opposition structures, but in the regional branches of this party itself.

Therefore, not having the opportunity (and desire) to actively protect its members from abuse of them, they cannot at least not sympathize with them-purely human.

So, political vivisectors from Old Square, as far as one can judge, require members of United Russia during the discussions, for lack of substantive arguments, and not get involved in discussion. They should, following the example of Zhirinovsky, aggressively attack opponents with unproven accusations of anything - lies, betrayal of national interests, treason, work for foreign money, and even in control of state television channels.

It is clear that a little or less well-mannered person (even if he sincerely considers stupidity of his main competitive advantage) feels in this situation at least morally raped and doomed to a complete failure. A classic example of the genre is the media adventure of the head of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy Yevgeny Fedorov, who announced the natural growth of the population in 2009 (when mortality was still very convincingly exceeded the birth rate) and, apparently, sincerely believing that an honest government is the collapse of Russia.

However, the point is not in some inconvenience - the fact is that the position of an aggressive bully is contrary to the image of the “ruling party” as a community of respectable, solid and authoritative leaders and destroys this image, discrediting “United Russia” no less than its daily activities.

And this does not end.

As far as one can judge, United Russia received tough instructions in the elections on March 14 not to apply administrative levers, not to “press” opponents, to give them the opportunity to express their opinions.

It is clear that this instructions “United Russia” will not be able to follow-for the same reasons why the maniac pedophile appointed by the director of the kindergarten cannot be a good family man.

And having violated this impossible for itself (and massive and even more impudent than in past times, the use of an administrative resource is not in doubt), United Russia will be in a vulnerable position for intra -company repression.

What is the reason?

Why do the owners “lower” “United Russia”?

The most likely assumption is in an attempt to return her party car, which is largely showing independence, back to the full control of the presidential administration.

Do not forget that the political paths of the president and the prime minister are increasingly diverging; The fact that the most cruel conflicts are just between the faces of the “one blood” - intra -dyeine ramps and civil wars. And biologists admit that intraspecific competition is much more acute than interspecific.

And competition for power will inevitably take the nature of competition for “United Russia” as an important element of this power. Indeed, today she, as a cow in a bombed strategic bomber from the “features of national hunting”, is stretched between her formal leader Putin (who, according to the ancient male tradition, “participates but does not enter”) and traditionally oversees the presidential administration. And attempts to take advantage of the degrees of freedom, natural for its apparatus in this position, will inevitably cause rigid pulling and the struggle between the two clans during the tug of rope - that is, excuse me, tugting the “bear”.

An additional reason is the search for a new “scapegoat”, which is now being carried out by the presidential administration. In 2003-2004, the dissatisfaction of Russians ruling bureaucracy was redirected to oligarchs, in 2005-2007-to migrant workers and “Russian fascists”; Now we need to find a new “worthless object” in order to switch the Russians' claims to a legally incompetent and corrupt bureaucracy. Perhaps, as a new object of the application of public discontent, some part of the presidential administration is considered “United Russia”.

All foregoing enhances the discrediting of power and confirms the old thesis about the unnecessary effort to “swing the boat” and the destruction of the prevailing corruption system: no opposition will cope with this task better than the ruling bureaucracy.

The task of the opposition is qualitatively different - without preventing the kleptocrates from digging themselves into the grave, prevent them from taking with them to the political (and maybe not only) “that light” and Russia.

And for this, one must have a clear set of both priority requirements and strategic tasks, acceptable for Russian society in its current state.
