I dare to assume that neither the Duma nor the Federation Council has not yet been subjected to such pressure in their entire history. (Unless when the parliament was fired from tanks.) It seems that today there are no of the writers who read, shoot, which shoot, etc., who in the formats of independent media or social networks would not consider it necessary to express their contempt and even hatred of deputies and senators who voted for the so -called Law of the Serclangers. In a word, the Russian intelligentsia and the Russian opposition acted as a united front and brought down the entire power of Runet on the heads of the initiators and ordinary conductors of this law. Moreover, in the expressions this time no one was shy. In addition, on various resources, the collection of signatures began in support of the abolition of the law and sanctions against those who promote it.

The case was not limited to words. Pickets (far from always single) with fierce requirements to stop the monstrous initiative these days surrounded the Duma and did not go unnoticed by its inhabitants ... Your humble servant was a witness to a number of such incidents. For example, when at some point Irina Rodnina appeared at the door of the entrance, it came from the crowd: “You were the pride of the nation, and became her shame!” The great skater froze for a second, breathed heavily, was about to answer, but changed her mind and quickly got into the service car.

However, these days deputies and senators were subjected to unprecedented pressure and on the other hand. “I dare to assure you,” the hedgehog to the observer, one once influential Kremlin functionary and political scientist, “the level of mobilization on the issue under discussion reminded me of ancient times when attempts were made to impeachment to President Yeltsin. Well, the bridges are burned, the “anti-Magic law” triumphantly passed on both chambers of the institution, which someone still calls parliament, and there is no doubt that he will be signed by the president in the near future. In this regard, the question arises that observers and political scientists have already begun to ask: why, in the current situation, the Kremlin needed to go to the final rupture of any relationship with a sane part of society, to the full discredit of the entire deputy corps, to an obvious escalation of stress in the domestic political situation? There are two versions of the answer.

Many analysts believe today that the Kremlin did not expect a similar fierce reaction of society. Say, those who planned retaliatory measures to take the “Magnitsky Law” in the United States, expected that the anti -American discourse of the law would smooth out obvious humanitarian costs. In general, this initiative should have been interpreted, first of all, as the care of the authorities of defenseless orphans, which are tormented by vile Americans. The calculation of the Kremlin sages was simple: the average Russian layman would not believe for anything, that some American bourgeois had leaned for distant land in a poor dark Russia in order to find a patient in America in the barracks of orphanage and settle in his house. This same layman, of course, admits that all the pindos are goats, but not to the same extent. And various suspicions are born in their souls: it means that they have some kind of selfish intent, for some reason they drag these children in Russia in their America. So, maybe they disassemble them there for spare parts or even worse. In a word, we must stop it all ...

There is practically no doubt that many people think so in our country. Among the passive majority. But the storm raised by an active minority seems to have found Kremlin by surprise. However, not everyone thinks so. Our interlocutor (note that he belongs to the camp of Vladislav Surkov, so it may not be quite impartial), so he believes that such a reaction of society was calculated and even planned in advance. “We must understand that Volodin is the concoor of war. He, in fact, replaced Surkov at the moment when it became clear that the new challenges dictate completely different approaches - to a much greater extent force. Please note that from the moment Volodin appears at the helm of domestic policy, there is exclusively tightening in all directions. Volodin's favorite slogan - “Why speak where you can shoot?” At some point, he was able to convince Putin that the soft liberal policy of Surkov led to the emergence of such a phenomenon of Russian public life as the “swamp square”. And now it acts according to a well -known scheme: let's mold into the anthill of boiling water and kill the first hundred ants that will stick out. The rest in horror will come back on the holes. That is, we are dealing with the next round of twisting of the nuts. ”

In a certain sense, the forecast of the aforementioned expert has already begun to come true: last Wednesday, the Moscow City Duma adopted amendments to the city law on rallies, which actually cancel single picket and prohibit any automotive races in the city center. However, I would like to believe that civil society will also have something to answer the authorities to such inhuman ways to combat the “orange threat”. Still, an attempt to annoy nasty America, and at the same time dealing with the opposition with the help of orphans-a clear bust. Let's hope - fatal.
