The Criminal Division of the Sverdlovsk Regional Court on Wednesday upheld the decision of the court of first instance. It was decided to leave former FSB officer Mikhail Trepashkin in prison. Lawyer Lyubov Kosik intends to appeal this decision to the supervisory authority. Let us recall that Trepashkin was convicted of illegally storing at home copies of official documents that he made while serving in the KGB of the USSR and the FSB of Russia from 1984 to 1997.
