"Based on the results of the audit, the facts of unacceptable methods of influence on Dadin, the illegal use of physical strength to the convicted person, in connection with which the harm was caused to his health, did not find their confirmation," Maksimenko said. "All the materials of the official audit were transferred to the investigating authorities, it remains only to wait for the procedural decision."

"Not a single physical damage was found - neither the FSIN doctors, nor the commission of civilian doctors of the district hospital, nor the doctors of the hospital in Petrozavodsk," said the deputy head of the FSIN. Maksimenko also emphasized that Professor Vasily Generalov, recommended by the human rights community recommended by the human rights community, did not reveal damage during the examination of the political prisoner.

We believe that such actions are incompatible with a high rank of human rights defenders,” - - I noticed Maksimenko.
