The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg accepted the complaint of former Moscow City Court judge Olga Kudeshkina. The court gave the complaint priority status. Kudeshkina paid for her frankness - she publicly criticized the Moscow City Court, reporting facts of pressure on her when making decisions. Allegedly for “contempt of court,” she was fired and deprived of her status as a judge. Neither the Moscow court nor the Supreme Court heeded the complaints of Olga Kudeshkina's lawyers, now Strasbourg remains. Where else should an offended Russian go?
