After the scandalous incident of ((http://ej.ru/comments/entry/2867/ bullying)) against private Andrei Sychev in Chelyabinsk, military commanders decided to conduct mass inspections in order to identify facts of hazing in parts of the Russian army throughout the country. Today, the military prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region opened a criminal case against senior sergeant Stepan Khodorov, who beat a colleague in the regional capital. It is significant that the fact of beating a private, by analogy with the Chelyabinsk case, became known only two weeks after the incident.
