Evgenia Vladimirovna Uralova was born in 1940 in Leningrad, graduated from a technical school, was engaged in an amateur theater studio, in 1964 she graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography.

At the end of the institute, the actress was admitted to the troupe of the Ermolova Theater, on the stage of which she performed for more than four decades, playing in 26 performances.

She made her debut in the cinema in 1959 in an episodic role in the film by Sergei Shenelov "The Tale of the Newlyweds." In 1966, the picture of Marlene Khutsiev “Julia Rain”, whose main character was played by Evgeny Uralova, was released.
