Luzhkov really wanted to hold the Olympics in Moscow. With an adult did not work, offered a youthful one. They did not give youth, so he decided to hold the Olympics in Moscow ... in Sochi.

The bomb, inherent in the Olympic law, is about to explode in the capital. Q.E.D. We have a country of precedents, bad contagious examples and claws that should be bogged down - and the bird disappeared. When, because of the 2014 games and only for their sake in Sochi and only there they legalized the seizure of land not provided for by the Land Code, smart people said that this would never be limited to, that the “Olympic Games” would begin throughout the country.

Now the land can be removed for the purpose of defense and safety, energy, including nuclear, for the sake of routes or state border. All these are really good, good reasons, needs of public importance. The Olympics, for all my love, is not the same, but once, in one single place, it can be so.

But the worse for Sochi we thought in Moscow. They could not help but think. The temptation is great, and the example - here it is, one might say, at the side. Such a country we have. Precedents, infectious examples and bird claws. Now Luzhkov proposes to amend the Code and get the right to remove land for social infrastructure facilities. Moreover, we are talking not only about social housing, which was especially pushed when making and approving amendments in the Moscow City Duma. We are talking about the non -residential fund, about certain social objects.

In a simpler language, all this means the end of the South Butov. The mayor will have the opportunity to solve the issue with Butovites and the likes on them tightly and legally. It is clear that there are few lands in Moscow, and therefore it costs a damn bunch of money. Houses in the city are already poked in every gesture and in every gap. This is called by point development, but in fact - this is a natural rape of the historical and human appearance of the city.

At the same time, the problems of bloodless and small residents would have been solved okay, which explains the need for amendments. Well, after all, what is it built pointarily? That's right - penthouses, let's call them for brevity like that. And I could support Luzhkovsky amendments somewhere if there were firm guarantees that people would really provide apartments. But so far this has not happened.

And then, this is generally an improper idea: to make a hundred people happy due to the misfortune of one, throw one family out of the house and build a 16-story building in the place of its house. A fair society is built on respect for the interests of everyone, and not just to those who are more.

Actually, and now, nothing prevents the authorities from building houses in private territories - you just need to agree with the owners of the Earth and buildings. And in order to agree, you need to offer them an acceptable, market price. But the authorities are not used to evaluating us at a market price. They strive to pay a penny, and when citizens begin to be indignant, they accuse them of rowing and redness. Yes, no normal person will trample on power in a dietary! Perhaps, you'll say it to her. This can only be done from despair. And despair is explainable. When you have been living for a house where you have been living all your life, and they offer money for the land that you can’t buy one -room apartment for, or offer housing, many times worse than your current one - then you will say to the authorities and its bulldozers.

But in Luzhkovsky amendments there are two more entertaining points. Firstly, on the selected land they will be able to build anything-at least shops, even offices, calling them "social objects", which can not do without. Secondly, since the amendments are made to the Federal Code, they will act throughout Russia. Luzhkov, thus solving his problems, leads to the monastery at the same time and all other corners of the vast homeland. In Moscow, for example, attention to everything is more. If any mess, then there will be television, and Kucheren’s lawyer, and other hype. And in the province, who will make noise? The land there will simply be expended in impudently under any pretext. And to build at least even their own bossies, explaining that the bossy society also needs infrastructure and home, and citizens are required to understand such state importance. Even at a price below the market.
