The general director of the company ZAO SB-120 Sheremetyevo, which purchased defective and decommissioned spare parts for aircraft, was arrested. Previously, charges were brought against engineer Viktor Gamayunov. Now the Prosecutor General's Office has come to the conclusion that the purchase of counterfeit spare parts for aircraft was carried out with the permission of the head of this structure, Alexei Surikov. The company counterfeited seals and stamps of manufacturing plants, customer representative offices, and technical control departments and supplied parts that did not meet safety requirements for installation on aircraft.
