The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation confirmed the ban on election campaigning at the expense of citizens' personal funds. That is: money “for elections” cannot simply be transferred from hand to hand, but must be contributed to the election fund in the form of a donation. For “transparency” - so that it is obvious to everyone who gave whom and how much money. It’s just interesting that the state, through the hands of Gazprom, is systematically buying up media outlets singing the glory of “United Russia” - is this propaganda or what? Or are all Gazprom’s income already officially registered as the United Russia election fund?
