Evsyukova - to the cage to death!

Could there be a worse sentence? Maybe! In Moscow, preliminary hearings in the Evsyukov case began, and the verdict in this case may indeed be even worse than what he did. Because there should be only one sentence in this case - as severe as possible. And the most severe sentence in our country is a lifelong imprisonment. No twenty or thirty years are suitable here. Only lifelong without the right to pardon. And any milder sentence will be exactly the worse of the crime.

We are now a few steps from the war. I would say that she is already coming, but still refrain from such a categorical statement. But the fact that we are close to war are for sure. This is the war of the people with the police. It so happened that people who should be the main defenders of citizens have become almost the worst enemies. The police are afraid, the police are despised. And she herself is afraid no less. And he constantly complains about his insecurity. But the police have weapons. Which in some cases saves them and us life. In other cases, the weapon serves the police with an instrument of earning. But there are also cases when the weapon becomes an instrument of murder. Have we learned little stories about police firing at citizens only recently? And as the words of Nurgaliev arrived in time, “allowing” the policemen to beat. And citizens are ready to start to beat them.

And in these conditions, the process of Evsyukov’s case starts, whose name has become a household name, and all police disgraces are now collectively called “Evsyukovshchina”. In this story, there are flashing facts known to everyone, there is a terrible video, there is a reaction of people throughout the country. If the state with the hands of its justice, despite all this, will find mitigating circumstances for Evsyukov, if this person receives less than a life sentence, this will mean only one thing: the state does not respect its citizens, the state does not spit on all of us. Our life is not worth a penny if a policeman with a weapon can just start killing everyone indiscriminately, and then over time he will be able to release.

Of course, even a life sentence to Evsyukov will not correct the situation with the police. Because the police will continue regardless of the sentence to remain a privileged caste, more like illegal armed formation. The weapon in the hands of a policeman committing a crime will not be aggravating, but a mitigating circumstance. But if a fair sentence cannot be improved radically, then an unjust sentence is capable of worsening it.

Seeing a similar attitude, citizens can draw an obvious conclusion that the state is not going to protect them under any circumstances, that even in the most terrible situation the state is not on their side. And then what will remain citizens, how not to start protecting themselves? Many in this case will be ready to literally fulfill the order of Minister Nurgaliev and, without waiting for the trial at the Evsyukovs, to perform a lynching. And then the real war will begin.
