From July 1, the same rules will apply to the circulation of perfumes and cosmetics as to the alcohol market. As a result, in a month the shelves of perfume stores may be empty. After certain provisions of the law on state regulation of the production and circulation of alcohol-containing products (#171-FZ) come into force, a license will be required for the production and trade of perfumes. Most companies operating in the market will not be able to bear these costs and will be forced to close their business.
