That is, in the same commission, which, in theory, should be the highest arbitrator in the exposure of falsifications. This is very symptomatic for our time - to declare good intentions, and in practice to pursue completely different, very unscrupulous, goals, attributing a pre -predictable fiasco to the circumstances of insurmountable strength: they wanted as best, but it turned out as always. But then the disserter -hated “Dissernet”, who discovered many of his regular “customers” among the minister’s note -based experts, intervened. Therefore, without going into details, we will talk about why this topic is so important.

Understanding this, even the officials of the same minobra pretended to have turned to the Dissernet community for help. “The chairman of the highest certification commission Vladimir Filippov promised to immediately replace all members of the expert councils, whose reputation as a result of inspections would begin to raise questions.” Let's see if it will be possible to clear the expert community of filth or everything is already completely hopeless.
