In uniform The general is lying, ordinary
I can’t disagree with those who warn against the indiscriminate criticism of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense after the regrettable - but, of course, as always atypical - the case that occurred with the ordinary Sychev in the Chelyabinsk tank school. Already now, the Russian military leadership has put forward a number of proposals - of course, as always constructive and useful - by a radical improvement of the situation in the army, in which, judging by the expanded report of the Minister of Defense in November, things are already remarkable. In the framework of this unchilding struggle of the good with the best, the deputy commander in chief of the Ground Forces, Vladimir Laltes, proposed to disband the school, disgraced itself with hazing. For some reason, the general hastened to abandon this highly fruitful initiative. On the contrary, it should not be stopped, but to distribute this proposal to the entire army - and to disband any part where hazing is allowed. After all, the Minister of Defense is overwhelmed, in 80 percent of military units, this barracks are absent. If he is right, then there will be no damage to the country. If not right, then even more so: why is Russia an army, permeated by older mockery of the younger ones?
The initiative of the chief of the Main Directorate of the Educational Work of the Armed Forces , Colonel General Nikolai Reznik , is even more beautiful. He suggested passing all the conscripts through a lie detector to identify people with an unstable psyche. Do not be limited to conscripts! First of all, you need to check on the polygraph all domestic generals. After all, just Sergey Ivanov recently complained that his generals for 25 days impudently lied to him about the Chelyabinsk incident. Let us leave the minister’s assistants that they do not read Russian newspapers who reported a wild mockery of a soldier more than two weeks ago. The main thing is that the head of the military department publicly admitted: high -ranking subordinates lie to him.
Thus, Ivanov admitted something else: he could not fulfill the main task set for him. After all, Sergey Borisovich was in a building on Arbat shortly after the Kursk tragedy. Then the Supreme Commander -in -Chief with considerable surprise found that the military could lie and made Ivanov the minister, hoping to receive adequate information about the situation in the Armed Forces. As you can see, Ivanov did not succeed. Let us recall at least how, after the torn launch of missiles from the submarines, the former commander of the Navy, Admiral Kuroedov, not embarrassed, argued that no launch was planned at all, they say, only an imitation was supposed. At the same time, the admiral was not embarrassed by the fact that the president was brought to this imitation to look.
Lying is a natural reaction of the Russian general to any crisis. How else? Judge for yourself. The junior officer is completely subordinate to his immediate superiors, who can do everything they want with him. They can be appointed to a higher position, or they can be sent to a bear angle. And all this for no explanation of the reasons. Like the Soldier Soldier, any lieutenant is absolutely defenseless before arbitrariness. Such a system of relationships forms a character that has nothing to do with what the character of the warrior should be - direct and honest. This is the character of a serf, a slave completely dependent on the whim of the owners. That is why the Russian generals - those who lasted, who paid for their stripes for thirty years of daily humiliation - are so easily lying. As a matter of fact, only a constantly dodging officer and can become a general. The general is lying, ordinary.
