I would like to know how Gennady Grigorievich Onishchenko eats. I want to know what he eats for breakfast, for lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. What he drinks tea, coffee, where he buys fish, meat and everything else that then falls into his mouth personally and his family members.

I don’t have to tell me that looking at other people's plates is not good. Here is a special case: Gennady Grigoryevich, if anyone does not know, this is the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia, the head of the Federal Service for Supervision of the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare. It is marked by many state awards, and it is clear that he will not pull any rubbish in his mouth, because he knows exactly what is bad and what is good.

I also want to eat right, I also have a family, and in addition, two dogs and two cats that are directly related to the topic.

I do not exclude that over time, Mr. Onishchenko will invite me to dine, and I will introduce me to his menu of everyone. And until then, I say completely honestly, I do not know what can be eaten and what is impossible.

In order for the conversation to turn out to be subject, we will take products from the so -called food basket, that is, the diet that, according to the government, provides us with a sufficient number of calories.

From myself, I will say that the “basket” is ridiculous. The first places in it are occupied by bread products, including pasta, potatoes, vegetables and melons. Meat (meat products) takes only 9th place, but, excuse me, I will still start with it.

Meat

Once I was sure that the meat is of three types: beef (which, in a catering and in a professional environment, in fact, was called meat), pork and lamb. All these species were edible, and I remember how a boy, having bought 6 kopecks each in a store, pulled up pieces on the way home. This did not entail any troubles, except for cases when my grandmother, who sent me to the store, noticed that the cutlets were suspiciously small.

Now I am raw cutlets not risk, fried too. A disgust for them appeared with the beginning of an epidemic of cow's rage in England. Rumors about him flashed and soon calmed down, but the trace in his soul remained. Then I found out that there are practically no beef in Russia. From here it was not difficult to draw a conclusion: the whole beef that I see in the markets and shelves of stores, imported, brought her just from where the cows go crazy and die. And if in some region of Russia, where the dairy herd is still preserved, a lack of feeding will happen and cows will be scorched for meat, then along the way it will frostlessly frostbite and they will saturate with water to compensate for what they are plundered along the road.

Pork in Russia is greater than beef, but the story of soy and water is exactly the same. This is clearly noticeable if you cover the pan with a lid when you fry the meat. A minute - and you see that your chop switches in a puddle of liquid. Do not think that this is juice.

Sausages , sausages , dumplings

It is already embarrassing to talk about these products to a person who watches television. Everyone knows that there are impossible to eat. More precisely, it is possible, but not at all. I would like to leave only two notes.

Many believe the inscriptions "GOST" on the product. I'm not one of them. You never know what is written. We read in stagnant time that the people and the party are one, we are now reading on stretch marks, that “United Russia” takes care of us. Why should I believe the manufacturer of sausages more than the PR man "Osra"? Are these some other people?

There are more serious considerations. The main thing is that there is little meat in meat products. 10 years ago, my good friend told me that there is a special substance called texture. This is soybean flour that has the ability to acquire the taste of the product to which it was added. Add to chicken minced meat - it will seem that you eat a clean chicken. Add to meat - it will seem that the cutlet is cast out of pure meat.

I don't like it. Abroad, the texture is added to meat minced meat, but on the contrary, we add minced meat to the texture. So, taking the dumplings to the fork, you are preparing to send a piece of soy in your mouth, covered with dough.

If they tell me that soy is useful, I will say nothing. I cannot prove that she is harmful. I only want to note that I personally have a familiar cardiologist recommended avoiding products with the addition of soybeans, which I do.

So I don't buy sausages. And if they suddenly get into the house, I give them for verification by the very cats and dogs that I mentioned at the beginning of the conversation.

They managed to somehow miraculously preserve the natural sense of self-preservation, and they, with a very rare exception, refuse to eat sausages and sausages, even if they are completely covered with seals with the inscription "GOST". Of course, I give my fluffy experts to test and the bird I bought.

Hens

I have not heard about the rabies of chickens, and I'm not afraid of chicken flu. I am afraid of antibiotics, thanks to which hens grow unhealthy, but very large, and chlorine that they are treated so that their ailments do not affect the appearance.

The fact that chlorine is harmful, Onishchenko repeatedly spoke on the live television, motivating the ban on the import of chickens into Russia from abroad. Yes, I myself know that during the First World War, chlorine showed its high efficiency when Germany used it as a poisonous substance.

With foreign chlorine, Gennady Onishchenko, it seems, figured out: according to official reports, the ban on the import of chlorine processed by chlorine forced foreign poultry farmers to refuse to use it. At the same time, however, the situation with our chickens remains unclear, who are growing with us both simple businessmen and individual members of the Federation Council.

As for active chlorine, technical regulations (this is a kind of replacement for GOST, for some reason invented these days and having the power of the law) categorically prohibits the use of active chlorine. Also, there should not be a trace of antibiotics in the tissues of the bird, with which these birds are stuffed so that they do not hurt and faster the weight. At the same time, however, antibiotics are prohibited, which the last time used, perhaps, at the very times when the Germans poisoned people with chlorine. As for the antibiotics of modern ones, there is not a word about them in the regulations. And what is not prohibited by law, then, as you know, is allowed.

In general, I must say, the regulation is a very detailed document. It spells out even trifles, almost how many times and what water the poultry house should wash your hands in the work shift. But not everything in life turns out to be written. For example, stolen chickens in stores and markets are generously treated with “whiteness” - almost one hundred percent solution of chlorine for whitening linen. And this should also be in the field of attention of Rospotrebnadzor.

We will return to the quality of water, but for now we will note that Western competition is not at all to our poultry farms, no matter what status they possess, so the ban on the import of imported chickens was clearly useful to them. But I did not hear anything from Mr. Onishchenko about whether our hens are useful to us, the townsfolk. Are they good or bad? Danger or not?

My domestic animals willingly eat Doux chicken, but squeamishly shake their paws and move away from the bowl when it lies in it chicken grown both by our simple businessmen and members of the Federation Council.

Fish

Neither meat nor chicken can replace a person with fish. It also contains omega-3-unsaturated fatty acids that are useful for the heart and vessels, and trace elements, including phosphorus, without which no one in the world can write not only a note, but even the name of Onishchenko.

But I do not want to buy fish at once for several reasons. For example, with age, I completely stopped recognizing her: unknown creatures appear on the windows every year, among which I can hardly recognize the cod, hek or perch familiar from childhood.

Sometimes I hear on TV explanations and begin to understand that the mysterious “sea language” is a fish that is found in every dirty Vietnamese puddle and eats that the Vietnamese themselves did not reach. That red sea perch is specifically saturated with phosphates that allow you to impregnate it with water in order to double or three times, but it seems to be not harmful to humans.

Especially puts me at the dead end of Paltus Files. Its pieces are half as much as Paltus itself, along with his head and skin. And one day I saw the Fillet Filla. It was not round, but there was a swift obstruction of the Sardina, it was only larger. I tried to clarify: if it is a flounder, then why does she have such a long body? The seller’s answer was brilliant in its simplicity: the invoice says “flounder”.

I do not think that this is a mistake of a person who filled the invoice, this is a system. For the most part, we are not sold at all that fish that indicates on the price tag. None of the people involved in fish at the state level, including Onishchenko, argue with this. And no one does anything about it.

I don’t know if the falsified, chemical impregnated with chemicals to kill a person instantly, but I do not want it to shorten my life for at least a minute!

Milk

The story about milk is a song, no, it is even a rock opera, the plot of which the authors managed to give unthinkable turns and a detective shade.

I say this with complete confidence, as I followed the discussion of the regulations that determines the quality of milk and dairy products. Of course, all the details are not known to me, but I firmly remembered that the fluid made of powder milk should be the name “milk drink”.

Time passed, the milk drink appeared and immediately disappeared for the lack of demand. But in stores there are packages and bottles with the inscription "Drink milk". Having looked, you can read: "Made without the use of milk powder." What is actually poured into a package, without laboratory research cannot be determined. If you believe television, which has much more opportunities to organize laboratory tests, manufacturers add starch and vegetable fats to milk.

Onishchenko I did not hear comments. He said nothing and after checking the butter, the results of which were announced on the same TV: under the guise of oil, they do not sell oil. Only in 15% of cases, the content of packs corresponded to what was written on them. But what exactly is sold instead of oil, they did not say aloud. In the same way, it was not said what kind of oil should not be bought, they also silent about who is to blame and what punishment to the guilty threatens.

Fruits - vegetables

I remember, the period when we, the townsfolk, were frightened from all sides with nitrates - dangerous chemicals accumulating in vegetables and fruits, if they overfeed them with nitrogenous fertilizers. Then the wave of the horror slept - the peasants ended with money, and with them fertilizers.

Now the money has appeared, nitrates have returned from non -being, but I am more concerned about something else. I already mentioned the “chicken” technical regulations here. It really states that the poultry house should wash his hands carefully and often. There is a mention of water: a bird, according to the regulations, can only be drunk with clean water, and its quality is regulated by the relevant law.

And now attention: according to statistics, only 30% of Russia's inhabitants have access to drinking water, and the rest drink what you can’t drink.

Do you think that chickens have better position, and vegetables are watered with water from mountain streams? In urban dust, you can find all the elements of the Mendeleev table, except, maybe those that quickly decompose. I say with knowledge of the matter: in the water that is used for watering in many regions of Russia, impurities with which human life is incompatible, no less than in the dust of industrial cities! And nitrates are nonsense, if you compare them with the salts of heavy metals, including mercury, lead, cadmium, tin, zinc, manganese, nickel and arsenic, which enter the cells of plants along with water.

This topic, unfortunately, could continue to infinity. But back to the diet of Mr. Onishchenko. If he eats the same as the inhabitants, far from sanitation and well -being, he must immediately be dismissed for professional unsuitability: you cannot trust the care of the welfare of the people to a person who cannot distinguish black from white.

If he eats environmentally friendly foods, it must not only be dismissed, but also judged by the law regulating the work of the department he headed. According to Article 29 of the Federal Law of January 2, 2000 N 29-ФЗ “On the quality and safety of food products”, officials of state supervision and control bodies are responsible for the inadequate performance of their duties, as well as for concealing facts that create a threat to the life and health of human, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

I re -read the written text and realized that some of its fragments may still require clarifications and further clarifications. But I, perhaps, will not explain anything.

Yes, I eat wrong, but with my own money. And Gennady Grigoryevich Onishchenko has breakfast, lunch and dinner with the money that I and my comrades, unfortunately, pay in the form of taxes for its maintenance. So, even before his resignation, he will explain in detail, the point by the point, explain to all that it is possible and what is impossible, why he does not take any measures so that there is no soy and water in the meat, so that the flounder is round, so that instead of a plague we do not sell the fillet, but people, hens and vegetables in the country did not drink solutions of heavy metals, but clean water. And it would be nice to hear from him how many plants he closed for poisoning of water and air, as many criminal cases were initiated against manufacturers and sellers who produce and sell dangerous products, as well as Onishchenko’s colleagues, closing their eyes.

And since I do not believe that the law will suddenly jump out of the corner and triumph, I demand that President Medvedev-the guarantor of rights and freedoms-also take care of the protection of consumer rights and sent Mr. Onishchenko to resign.

Even if he farewell to him another high state award, do not care. If only people lived like people.
