I carefully watched the video from the market twice...

So what did we see? Formally, an episode involving “law enforcement officials” and “a group of citizens.” But in reality, of course, no! We saw a conflict episode involving members of different factions who met not yesterday. They already have a well-established and established relationship. And, of course, it’s clear which ones. That’s why, in fact, the cops behave so strangely. (Which everyone noticed.)

Why is the Dagestani so indignant? Because the cops suddenly behaved differently than they always did. That is, they disrupted the usual order of things. Whether there was rape or not, we know nothing about it and, most importantly, we will never know. 18 years old, 15 years old - a dark matter. The Dagestani (who makes a scandal in the frame) understands that if a guy is taken away, then, firstly, it is not at all clear what will happen to him in the department, and, secondly, he ended up with a lot of money. Because it's always expensive to take it out. (He is sure that this is why they are taking it away.) His violent reaction is hot blood and minimizing expenses. I am sure that such cases occur constantly and everywhere. But then the cop was hit in the head. (God bless him.) If they hadn’t hit him, everything would have been sorted out - as usual and to the ultimate satisfaction of both parties
