In October, the fabricated film “Anatomy of Protest - 2” was released on the NTV channel, where the events on Bolotnaya were called “Massions”, and the rallys were one of those who allegedly organized them using the means provided by the businessman Givi Targamadze. Soon Leonid was put on the federal wanted list. At this time, he was in Kyiv. Four representatives of the Russian special services grabbed him right on the street, regardless of the fact that this is the territory of Ukraine, and pushed into a minibus. The arms and legs were tied to Razvozhaev, after which they brought it to the basement of some house and held there for two days, threatening the death of himself and his children. Leonid could not stand it and signed the “recognition” that was knocked out of him. However, already in Moscow, he found the courage to abandon the testimony given under torture.
Later, Razvozhaev was added by 2 more criminal articles : now he is accused of preparing the riots (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 212 of the Criminal Code), robbery that allegedly occurred in Angarsk in 1997, the so -called work on hats (part 2 of article 162 of the Criminal Code), and illegal crossing of the state border (part 1 of article 322 of the Criminal Code).
On December 12, a court was held to extend the preventive measure of Razvozhaev. At the meeting, Leonid identified the person who forced him to write a confession in the Kiev basement - this is the investigator of Pleshivtsev . The defense actually proved the unreasonableness of Leonid's accusation under Article 322 of the Criminal Code, but he was not removed, extending the arrest.
On December 18, Razvozhaev without warning was transferred to Angarsk, supposedly for investigative actions in the case of robbery. This became known on December 20. For five days, the public was worried about Razvozhaev, believing that some more “confessions” could try to knock out from him until on December 25, the PMC officers found him in the Chelyabinsk pre-trial detention center-1 .
On January 13, there were reports that Leonid Razvoszhaev was delivered to the Irkutsk region. In violation of the law, he was placed along with the recidivists, although it is previously convicted and not convicted to support separately. On January 21, the "Case of the hats" was closed at a statute of limitations. However, Razvozhaev was not returned to Moscow.
On March 13, Leonid Razvoszhaev is laid from the Irkutsk pre -trial detention center in an unknown direction .
On March 18, Leonid was delivered to Moscow, the next day with him in the "Sailor Silence" pre -trial detention center met human rights activists of the Moscow PMC.
