The competition for the choice of the general contractor for the reconstruction of a special strip for first persons at Vnukovo Airport was postponed from April 5 to May 5. The project did not pass the state examination. In the Federal Air Transport Agency, it is not excluded that the transfer of the terms of the competition can also lead to a revision of the reconstruction deadlines. Initially, the beginning of the reconstruction of the runways in Vnukovo, as well as the taxiways RD-18, RD-20, was scheduled for April 15-July 1. It is planned to spend about 10 billion rubles on the reconstruction and improvement of tracks.

Secondly, in Domodedovo there was another “transport collapse”. Thousands of people on Sunday in the evening of passport control of the arrival zone at the Domodedovo airport, Interfax said. According to the correspondent, people in line became bad, passengers complained that there was nothing to breathe, some women were on the verge of fainting. The air conditioners did not work, and the reference services did not give information.

There is a problem here: to blame the airport leadership, as in the case of a “bad security system that has entailed a terrorist attack,” is very careful. Customs officers (as well as policemen) do not submit to the airport management and the leadership of security forces, which are seconded to the airport, can easily arrange a man -made collapse of any degree of severity.

It seems that both news, rather, are related to the struggle for the competition between Moscow airports and the confrontation around them.

The long -term struggle of shadow raiders for Domodedovo with the current owners of the airport leads to a situation where any information reason at the airport is suitable for the case.

And partially scandals make management move. Not always and not always the result is obtained by what is needed, but already something.
