On Thursday, the World Bank decided to provide a loan of $50 million to support judicial reform in Russia, ITAR-TASS reports. The main goal of the project is to increase the transparency and efficiency of the judicial system in Russia, including with the help of information technology. The project is designed for 5 years, the total cost is $172.4 million, with Russia to provide the bulk of the funds. One thing is confusing: money, especially in Russia, loves silence and darkness, but they want to achieve “transparency.”
