Kadyrov was bet on money

Ramzan Kadyrov was appointed head of the commission that will deal with the distribution of compensation. The appointment may seem strange to some: we know this hero of Russia as the head of a large power structure. But the fact of the matter is that his power structure is so large that, no matter what money came into the republic, they still could not pass by it. However, there is no doubt that such a respected person as Ramzan Kadyrov will share with the rest of the population of the republic.
