I don’t know how much and with whom the respected colleague Alexander Ryklin argued with, but he can, in principle, not count himself to the loser. Yes, Putin came against his expectations in Pikakoovo, but the classic teaches us that "the battle is lost, but the war is not lost." And the “war” Ryklin, I am sure, will win. Putin will not want to be on an ongoing basis to be deputy Shoigu on economic issues. Although the situation when a whole city has nothing to eat, it will be even more disgusting than a hurricane and hail with stones.

Gazettiki colleagues counted a hundred single-industry towns, that is, settlements that are entirely dependent on city-forming enterprises or several company enterprises. This is a product of a closed Soviet economy, and for twenty years of the market this atavism could not be cured. During the crisis, these cities were one of the first to hit, and such blows are akin to shots point blank: if they hit, then to death.

So about why I do not consider Ryklin a loser. Putin would not go to all problem cities, even if he wanted to. Otherwise, he would have spent at least a year on the road, postponing any other things. He will not do this for the reasons indicated by Alexander relating to the character of Vladimir Vladimirovich, who considers such incidents as blackmail - personally, Putin, blackmail. But! So this is blackmail!

Of course, the Pikales went out into the streets, not to personally attack the prime minister. But they perfectly understood that the Prime Minister is the only person who really capable of helping them. Because our state structure is such that it all depends on one person. In a huge, uncontrolled, unconditioned country. Previously, this was manifested in innocent incidents of “straight lines”, when Putin had to personally install New Year Christmas trees in distant villages, carry pipes in villages, put phones to veterans in apartments. It was even touching, while the starving children and their parents did not replace the Christmas trees and phones. And these parents really go on blackmail.

And it is completely natural that after Pikalavo the script was almost exactly repeated in Baikal, on the famous Central Bank. And the workers did not hide what they were waiting for Putin and prepare for the meeting both a hunger strike, and road overlapping. Putin would not go there, one hundred percent, because otherwise, speaking the language of boxing, everyone would understand that he "swam." But then fear worked. Fear of local bosses before the ghost of beating. They also watched the TV, and they did not want to be in the place of Governor Serdyukov and the oligarch Deripaska. They were purely humanly scared! And they began to pay money. Where they took them - I do not know, but found and began to pay. Thus, the situation was not raised by Putin himself, but his ghost.

What next? As I said, there are a hundred single -industry towns in the country. And in most of them the repetition of the Baikal-Pikalev events is more than likely. And from now on, citizens have a recipe for solving the problem: we starve, block, demand Putin's arrival personally. And either Putin will come, or his ghost will force the local authorities to fulfill the requirements.

This weapon, however, is not universal. Firstly, if the prime minister will not go anywhere else, his ghost will lose his charisma. They will begin to think that Putin is “disadvantageous”. Or more than that, he cooled to popular troubles. Then somewhere folk unrest will risk and ignore. Like, there is no bread - eat cakes, and no Putin will help you. And secondly, we are well aware that helping in the Pailevo, in Baikal and in other places is carried out on the principle of “Trishkin Kaftan”. Money for the "violent" is taken away from the "quiet". And when the “quiet” will be aware, they will take away from someone else. Therefore, citizens must understand that their requirements will not be satisfied, sorry for the tautology, at the first request. They should either work in a very famous, symbolic place - as in Lake Baikal, or their situation should be truly dramatic - as in the village of Svetlogue, where people switched to foot and potato cleaning. And only after these purification thundered throughout the country, Putin has already connected.

And henceforth, dear fellow citizens, be prepared for the fact that the state will not help everyone in a row, but only to those who will literally be on the edge of death. And Putin will appear on the places of battles only in the most rare cases and only for one single purpose - to feed his ghost. In order not to relax, so that they know that the authorities are watching and at any time to come. And that let the gingerbread not enough for everyone for sure, there is a whip for everyone.
