Problem:

People who, by the will of fate that have lost the main way of earnings as a result of a financial crisis or partial disability, may have unique skills that they had not attached much to much importance. I want to create conditions under which people could find each other in the intersection of the needs of the first and second skills.

Solution mechanism:

During registration, a person indicates from the replenished classifier 5-10 of his skills, the implementation of which brings them joy. For example: make sites, repair a car, compose poems, read aloud with expression, play football. Along with this, he indicates his needs choosing points from the classifier. As a result, he receives a list of people living next to him (if this requires the implementation of the skill), to which the realization of his needs brings joy. In addition, his own skills participate in the request of other people. At the entrance to the system, a person receives a proposal for relevant needs for him, a list of new and popular needs and skills. The solution can be made as a separate social network or as an application to existing networks.
