A group of respected citizens, the number of 18, led by such popular persons as Marietta Chudakova and Dmitry Oreshkin, published an appeal to the Russian public under the heading “There is a choice” in Novaya Gazeta. This refers to the coming elections of the President of Russia in March next year. The unexpected header is that it is not ironic at all. The authors are quite serious. They do not regret efforts to convince all of us that the country has a choice and it would be sinful not to use it.
The "appeal" consists of three semantic parts. The first authors talk about the unacceptability of V. Putin as the next president of Russia. Everything is undoubtedly there. The second is dedicated to D. Medvedev as a worthy alternative to Putin. Fans of clear logic here will stumble here, because the good wishes of Medvedev come out for accomplishments. Finally, in the third part, for which, apparently, “appeal” is written, the authors are extremely persistent, solemn and categorical: “D.A.'s departure Medvedeva will cancel and turn back ... Many of his long -term initiatives. Such a turn cannot be allowed. It is necessary to help him move in the intended direction. Otherwise, it will be too Russian: what we have, do not store, losing-weeping. We have a choice. But the right to dismissively refuse him is not. You won’t get it back later. ”
The "appeal" was expected by a predictable fate. The official press simply did not notice him. In liberal Internet publications and blogs, it was subjected to derogatory criticism. Who are more likely to reproach the authors for unacceptable complacency, in the non -reinforced revaluation of Medvedev. Who did not alien to the assumptions later, as if the initiative of the authors was not at all disinterested.
This is unlikely. I simply do not know all the authors of the “appeal”, but the reputation of most of them is such that both accusations are not addressed. Is this insightful D. Oreshkin does not know the true price of Medvedev? Yes, full. Is it to be a frantic M. Chudakova who dares to approach money or career promises? Funny.
But if we reject everything that is associated with the “naivety” of the authors and their “greed” from the threshold, then the remainder will be a social phenomenon, collecting a very thorough and painstaking analysis.
If you try to find a word that would most accurately reflect the state of the Russian intellectual community, then this is helplessness. No need to go to the people, since enlightenment has reached a saturation point. Everyone knows everything. A little more precisely: everyone who wants to know is known. They know that the country's constitution is canceled. They know that the country's dictator is a criminal. They know that the president of the country is not the president. That the ministers are a thief. That the court is not the court, but the reprisal. That the country's affairs are bad, and they will go even worse. That a big trouble has been hung over Russia.
This is bad, and yet it is not the worst. Different countries at different times turned out to be a step away from the abyss, but from where the powerful forces of the people were born, not led by the righteous and heroes rose from the depths. The countries, as if shook off from a nightmare, straightened their shoulders, caught up with the world and regained the respect of their neighboring and distant neighbors.
Such good transformations were previously associated with dynastic shifts, later - with revolutions, and today the elections work better. The peculiarity of our country is that there have never been elections here. The horizon in the early 90s was a little grace, but by the middle of them there were grimaced clouds, which, with Putin’s hard and skillful, became hopeless.
Solded, lifted, vocal. And it’s not the trouble that the elections are stolen, but that they promise to steal. Putin says the elections will be extremely dirty. Believe this. V. Churov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, could even calm the public for a view. But he is silent. Churov - Putin’s agent and accomplice in general theft, and the goal set in front of him is to pour the poison of unbelief. If you want - take it, but you want - kui ...
A person in whom a citizen has not yet died is simply not able to put up with it. Let there be no court, there is no press, there is no freedom - but at least we have a handful of pride with us? This is what the authors of "appeal" write about. “I am ashamed to put your country and your people in front of yourself and the whole world: to admit“ in full front ”, that in Russia there is only one-divided indispensable person in Russia for 100 million adult population to whom we must entrust power over ourselves. And preferably forever - making sure that nothing depends on ourselves, and should not depend, right? "
The most elaborate projects are born from powerlessness. What proposals do not give birth to selective despair. Do not go vote. Walk, but not in the morning, but in the evening. In the evening, but to tear the ballot in front of the Urny. Tear for the urn, but in front of the eye of the television cameras. Do not tear, but coarsely write in the whole bulletin of the treasured and brief Russian word specially brought by the felt -tip pen. (I don’t know how election commissions, but Henry Krause, the King of the Chancellery Retail, will be happy.)
However, by mature reflection, all initiators come to the sad conclusion that even with a colored felt -tip pen, even with a tar on the fence, and all this is not a hindrance to the thieves' triumph of United Russia. How much they want, they will write so much. The best option, in my opinion, was proposed by the professor-political scientist Yuli Nisnevich. His article under the name “Make noise, revolutionary Limonov, vote, Comrade Barschevsky”, published in the “HED”, he accompanied the legally impeccable form of refusal. I wrote off the sample and send it exactly the same before the elections, word for word, petition to my territorial election commission.
I will direct, although I know that there will be a little sense. For even the resourceful professor does not have an answer to the main question: what if the commission lowers my petition directly to the toilet? And where should I complain later? To court? In our fair Basmanny court? Oh yes, my business is right. If I am tireless and stubborn, then victory after me. I can even in advance, in all details to describe this triumph. Six months or a little more will pass. After seven (or more) court hearings that the representative of the defendant will not appear, the annoyed girl, the court secretary will bring me a pale copy. It will be written there that the culprit is not established, but I have the right to compensation. A hundred or even two hundred rubles, but you need to sue by a new one. You can, of course, demand a thousand, but in Russia, civil rights have never cost more than half -liters.
Pollitra at the expense of a power is glorious, but what's next? Will they cancel the elections? Will they take Putin from the Kremlin and charge them the king-gun? Will they put Churov’s rabbits on a stake? Will I approvingly stroke the Liberal head of Obama's long hand?
It is very disappointing to realize that there is no way out, but my friends, it really is not. Because even the election of Medvedev in the peak of Putin, for all the fantasticity of this layout, does not solve anything. Who will Medvedev will be after the election? President. And who is he formally today? Also president. If he is capable of something, let him do now. He has a little time, but still.
But we have time in bulk. If they do not need these elections, then we - even more so. We, people, will survive them anyway. And this is the key to the whole problem. We stop fussing, citizens. Stop inventing a soft laxative from Putin's constipation. History testifies: no matter how much they are pushing, they will carry them.
