Yo-yo!
Tatyana Teterkina was less fortunate. She was not lucky at all. Once upon a time she went to receive a passport. And as it is now accepted, the passportist forgot about the letter Yo, having written the usual Teterkin in the house of E. instead, but Tatyana did not find fault, without attaching much importance to this, and to redo everything with her reluctance. Who knew that because of the letter E, her life would turn into a nightmare.
Teterkina had a son, and she went to register him. And she wanted to do this under her normal name - Teterkin. But another passportist was no worse than the first and refused to do this, they say, it was not supposed to be, the surnames will turn out different. Then Teterkina nevertheless decided to change her passport to the “right”.
And here the real disaster happened. Because employees of the FMS, instead of apologizing and in two minutes, give the woman all the necessary certificates and seals, decided to dig - what kind of a strange black grouse? And they found out that the Tatyana born in Perm in February 1992 (when the law on citizenship was adopted) with her parents was in Tajikistan. But she has always been a Russian woman, she did not accept other citizenships and, of course, does not consider himself any other.
So the FMS decided to deprive Teterkin of citizenship of the Russian Federation! Because of the letter Yo, lost many years ago in the passport! But in fact, because of a bastard bureaucratic courage. A person in arbitrary order is not declared a Russian citizen, but an empty place. After all, if she is not a Russian woman, then who is she and where is she from? Tajichka? Is a migrant worker an illegal migrant? I'm not talking about such “trifles” that the FMS does not have the authority to deprive anyone of citizenship. And Teterkina was without documents, without all payments and benefits, with a child who is not registered anywhere and, accordingly, also has neither benefits nor insurance - that is, he is no one since birth. Even when filing a lawsuit in court, Tatyana had difficulties, because without a passport (the old one was selected!) They refused to let her into the court building!
Teterkina is a disabled person of the second group, and the child, unfortunately, has already found a number of diseases, but he was refused to register in the clinic. And after the wild ordeals, Teterkina gave a certain identity card with the words that this piece of paper is generally ... invalid! A person is forced to prove that he is a Russian citizen, although by law he is not obliged to do this at all!
And I again remembered my own experience how we were scared when registering a child, that in order to receive an insert about citizenship to him, it would be necessary to collect documents from all previous places of residence. And there was, I remembered, the case when a person was forced to go to Khabarovsk, then to Smolensk, then to Kamchatka and somewhere else-he had such a job with trips around the country. And in order to register his son, he had to cover thousands of kilometers, spend thousands of rubles, collect the seals of organizations that no longer existed after so many years! And all this is also not in the law, and they did not have the right to demand this.
Teterkina was lucky because around her business there was a noise almost throughout the country. And he rose only due to the absolutely caricature absurdity of the situation. If it weren’t for the letter ё, it is quite possible that only the closest would have known about her trouble, and Tatyana would fight with the whole state machine without a chance of justice.
