On March 23, Instagram introduced a free Layout application for iPhone, with which the user can create collages from photos. The details of the future composition in it can be tilted, enlarged and stretched, as well as their mirror “reflections” created.
Less than a day after the announcement of the service, the number of published images taken with its help exceeded 200 thousand. Contrary to Instagram's internal stats that 90% of photos used in collages are portraits, early adopters of Layout mostly prefer to play with landscapes and architectural forms.
