Why am I listening to all this? Unconsciously - I have to apply the Freudian method to myself: I probably wait all the time, “when it ends”, hoping that propaganda is made at the direction and that after the conventional “Iwathing” signal, everything will stop.

So I thought for a long time and eagerly caught the slightest changes in rhetoric. If desired, they can be seen: yes, the word “punishers” was replaced by the neutral “Ukrainian military” (two months “Kyiv punishers” were the norm in the news), like the word “hunt”. These words, however, are used today on the air of representatives of the DPR and listeners.

Today I state: these are false hopes that “rhetoric is changing” - because the rhetoric of state media changes about the same as the pulse of the one who fell into a coma.

When the train rushes past, the audience clings, Kafka wrote. Whenever I listen to this “Language of the Beast”, “Language of Hell”, “Roser of Hate”, I am covered by such a stupor. I am fascinated by this. I already have a painful habit of listening and read it. Anton Dolin very correctly called it "poisonous pleasure."

Here it is impossible to say right away-unlike TV-that the proxual radio stations somehow completely went crazy. In some cases, they behave as normal media-for example, when it comes to domestic politics. On the air of deputy Evgeny Fedorov, they can ask a question about Putin’s daughters - in response to his initiative, to ban the gender to those who have relatives abroad. Or here is the Udaltsov -Razozzhaev case: they take comments from both the prosecution and the lawyers, from Karina Moskalenko. Or, they frankly ridiculed the case of Evgenia Vasilyeva.

But as soon as it comes to Ukraine, everything changes. Although there is differentiation. The “says Moscow” in the news sometimes refers to the messages of the speaker of the ATO Vladislav Seleznev. The host of the news - talking about the battle at the Lugansk airfield - said on July 10: "Which of the sides applied" Grad ", could not be found out." Even this is impossible at KP and RSN. These stations are essentially engaged in information support of the DPR/LPR. This is not just a game on one side. Of course, there are directive news that descends from above. They are easy to distinguish by intensity and obsession. This is an obligation, it should be driven into the head - and everyone does it as it can: on KP and Vesti make reports about those who were saved from Slavyansk (the report on a dog taken out of there was especially shocked), and “Moscow says” even to fight refugees for the fact that they do not want to work in Russia.

Some completely unexpected things happen: on July 8, political scientist Dmitry Orlov says on “Moscow” says that Russia “is not responsible” for “militant groups” (!) That is, it may seem that the intensity subsides and the official speakers are already repeating the formula “We are provoked to war, you can’t succumb to provocation” - but this is what thing: the presenters themselves no longer want to reduce and extinguish. These people, obeying just some inner beliefs, do not allow this pressure to weaken-at least, they see their super-task on the radio. There, inside the editorial office, their ideals have already developed over the years, they can be called revenge. The hatred of America and the rebellious "younger brother", the global dream of "compensation for injury." All that they discussed about five years ago in smokers, now you can speak on the air. This has grown Putin's generation, non -Soviet.

Most of those who say all this on the air are young people, from 20 to 30 years old.

There is no surprising, in general. Since childhood, they saw films glorifying the USSR: after all, it turns out that any series, even about the Gulag, even in Solzhenitsyn, was hidden nostalgia for Soviet times. All this seemed harmless - but in fact there was a huge impact on the generation that grew up under Putin, which, it turns out, understood this so that the USSR was the best country and it must be returned. No wonder in the advertising of Snickers (football) two of the extras are in T -shirts with the inscription "USSR": the company knows that this is a real mass consumer of 20-30 years. Employees of radio stations are such young people in the T -shirts of the USSR. And how it was not to appear this generation if the “RSN” 10 years ago was called “Russian Radio - 2” and twisted Soviet songs 24 hours a day; And the slogan there was "our homeland - the USSR." Actually, this is the result of Putin's propaganda, but it did not give rise to Putinists at all, but revengeists are much more radical than Putin. Putin for them is not a god, but a compromise; God is Strelkov. And when they essentially scold Putin “for indecision”, they serve as the highest idea, which is a logical continuation of what they were taught in childhood. This is not surprising again - because their only real religion was a war. And these constant comparisons with the Great Patriotic War - “boiler as Stalingrad” - this is also a strange, unpredictable result of propaganda, which seemed to have glorified the feat of the people, and actually gave rise to militarism. In fact, these children do not know peaceful ethics, no one ever told them that in modern life there could be something that can be served and believed. And the conclusion here is this: even if some teams “strangle the degree” go down from above, they simply ignore the places, at the lower level-power in the ideological and, I would even say, the spiritual sense no longer controls the media. She faces the quiet mass resistance of these people.

All that they discussed about five years ago in smokers, now you can speak on the air. This has grown Putin's generation, non -Soviet.

The error to believe that on state -owniers, people exclusively “fulfill the order”: no journalist could fulfill the order with such zeal. There is its own faith, and today this faith is war. The dream of these children of the 1990s and 2000s, I am almost sure, is the fight against America not in a figurative, but in the literal sense; And the minimum idea is the “entry of troops”. And this is what they consider patriotism. If the country closes the borders, it really will not be a tragedy for them; Well, maybe in 20 years, when they get old.

And it would be more correct to call these people not by the generation of Putin, but by the generation of Strelkov.
