In society Wonderful natures In recent times, domestic courts are considering just amazing claims. Citizen Kuznetsova burned coffee in McDonald's and demanded 100 thousand rubles from the Empire of Mesburgers and Syrburgers.
Citizen Bai felt deeply offended by the fact that NASA bombarded the Comet with Tempel, and demanded about 9 billion rubles.

Today is a different matter . Three citizens went to drink a beer, bought 9 bags with crackers, in one of them they found a dead rat and after that they couldn’t even eat. 50 million rubles, however, should, in their opinion, restore mental balance and healthy appetite.
I think the farther, the more such claims will be filed for any “exotic” reasons. Moreover, if you recall the story with a comet and malicious NASA, they can both on the world and universal scale! So far, this is perceived as a joke. Firstly, because we are just like in America, which in itself is funny. There, behind the ocean, the people are suing, the grandmas are knocked from giant business, why not try it? In the end, which only people do not earn. It is possible on moral damage caused by a vulnerable soul.
Secondly, because with all this, in America, the same, say, tobacco companies can literally sue billion for the lack of proper inscription about the dangers of smoking on a pack, and we are unlikely to get a ruble, which, by the way, confirmed the processes of Bai and Kuznetsova.
Thirdly, this is perceived as a joke simply because we are not at all accustomed to react to such small, from our point of view, troubles in this way. Well, what, in fact, are you burned with a coffee maker, so what? It was painful for a couple of minutes, or even let him not a couple - well, God with him, now everything has passed. The mood is spoiled, but what to do, everything happens in life, right?
And the dead rat, of course, is disgusting. But all our lives we find nuts in bucks, wood in tea packs and all other rubbish where she has no place. And what, because of this to sue, or what? And certainly grief about the fact that the States bombed the comet is not worth $ 300 million. That is, in principle, we do not consider such claims a serious matter, and at best, fooling. Or in an unsuccessful way to replenish your budget, which, frankly, they look like all three stories.
But I remembered another one, by the way, quite old. The man sued the office, which made him a “eye” in the door. The fact is that the peasant was almost from the nails, therefore, to look in the eye, he had to put a stand each time. In addition to the fact that it is very inconvenient, it is also humiliating-a person is constantly willy-nilly reminded of his little growth. And the peasant decided to sue. And won! And the masters punished, and the office: at her expense they changed the door and the “eye” was normally set.
I think a comrade did the right thing. This is really inconvenient, it is really humiliating, although humiliation is not public. And, by the way, such claims in theory are able to discipline the same sphere of services. The slogan “Client is always right”, like many other beautiful slogans, is far from clear to everyone. A shop for a seller, a hospital for doctors-from Soviet times, something has changed here, but not everywhere and not radical.
And almost no one is indignant, and even more so does not suck. Because there are no chances, only time and nerves will spend, and you won nothing - who will go to the side of an ordinary citizen in the fight against a large company? Meanwhile, a competent, motivated lawsuit may well be successful in many cases. And the more such claims will be, the more of them end in the victory of the plaintiff, the better for people. If the companies know that in which case they will have to pay and pay a lot, maybe they will continue to be more attentive and try to work a little better?
But for this, not only plaintiffs should not be clowns, but judges are obliged to perceive “small” cases seriously. Otherwise, the more failures in the claims will be received, the less likely that someone will decide to make claims.
