According to the Property Fund of the Republic of Crimea, 96 facilities used by Russians on the peninsula are not listed in the annex to the intergovernmental Ukrainian-Russian agreement on the distribution of fleet property. Thus, the mid-February scandal related to control over the lighthouses in Yalta and Cape Sarych, which are used by the Russian Black Sea Fleet, continued.
