The dear to the Russians Ostap Bender, to declare the war of Denmark, put forward this reason: "I will appoint you the authorized prophet and declare a sacred war, jihad. For example, Denmark. Why did the Danes tortured their prince Hamlet?"
Now you don’t have to look for an excuse. In February 2006, the “caricature scandal” that became the world has already become universal overcolled to Russia.
"As for the Danish organizations that are present here, we will not allow them anymore, and it is on this occasion-that is, because of the caricatures-everything that comes from there, we have already banned, and they will not be present in our republic," said Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov. Acting Chairman of the Government of Chechnya. The leader of the local branch of United Russia. As they said under the old regime, the "prominent state and party leader" of the Russian Federation.

Here you need to explain where the Danes are in Chechnya and what they are doing there. The Danish Refugee Council has been working in the Caucasus since 1997. From the very beginning of the “Second Chechen”, when most of the population of the republic turned into refugees, not only federal structures provided assistance to them - already in the first winter of 2000, about half the help went along the line of international organizations. But, for example, the Office of the UN Supreme Commissioner for Refugees only delivered it to the conflict zone, and such humanitarian organizations were engaged in the distribution - the Czech “man in trouble”, the Polish humanitarian mission and, first of all, the Danish council. In subsequent years, the priorities of their work changed. They were engaged in the restoration of housing - and it is not known who succeeded more in this direction last year, our state, or the Danes. One way or another, over the past year, the Danish Council helped 250 thousand people. In addition, assistance is not provided by the forces of the “Varangians”, there are only six of them. The main work is performed by four hundred employees from among local residents, Chechens. And 400 jobs for today's Chechnya are a lot.
Now the Danes are driving. It remains only to hope that people who are faithful to traditions remained in the Caucasus, people of honor who will tell them the words of gratitude ...
While the Danes are waiting. The director of the International Division of the Danish Council, Arne Vaaden, says that they did not receive any information from the authorities about this. Their explanations and apologies are not heard. In the Russian Foreign Ministry, which accredents foreign non -governmental organizations, Ramzan’s words say that “they do not comment on the statements of Russian citizens.” Meanwhile, the word turns into a thing. On the morning of February 7, the Danes were not allowed with their humanitarian aid to Gudermes district.
But is it really a desire to “prohibit everything that comes from there” caused only by the Danish history?
Of course, humanitarian organizations "got" at least by the fact that they did not want to "roll away" any authorities. Moreover, they did not want to transfer the whole "humanitarian" to the black hole - the military Ministry of Emergencies or the local authorities.
In addition, not to love foreigners with us now is a good tone.
And yet the point is not only this. For
plastic windows of the new Grozny facadeVery curious things are hiding.
In Grozny now, if you do not know, "dry law." That is, you can’t legally buy anything “such”. And you can-at night, from under the counter and exorbitant road. Well, not three, to be honest, but two and a half times more expensive - that's for sure.
You immediately feel younger. About ten years.
In 1996, one of my friends from the mountain village said so importantly and seriously: "We now have a Sharia rule here." It was strange to hear it, because the speaker was not a fool to drink and take a walk. A successful field commander and a language negotiator, he really used a lull between battles. In the summer of 1995, when it was relatively safe to ride reporters in Chechnya, I helped him destroy the remnants of the Grozny Cognac Factory, and we were not hiding from anyone ... And now: "... Shariasian rule. Sit down."
I sat down, and we moved somewhere on the UAZ, and the end point was not even called the driver. It turned out, in a neighboring village - there, such as him, had a stash. Alas, our expedition suffered Fiasco: the wine cellar was devastated for us. Then the driver was offended: "Why didn’t I say? Why were you driving? We could take in our village!" "How are we? - the hospitable owner exclaimed angrily. But there was no choice, and, having stumbled into a “simple product”, we moved into the floodplain of the river, for the outskirts, where the “Sharia rule”, presumably, did not spread. There, under cover of night, they ate the warm vodka "Aslanoff" from metal cans of 0.33 liters - an unforgettable impressions! The shade of religious loyalty was given to this action - a breathtaking sausage without a shadow of pork ...
Then it became even cooler. Late
Zelimkhan Yandarbiev, which went from not very talented and very Soviet writers to national leaders, to demonstrate his commitment to Islam on the desktop Ayatollah Khomeini. If in the Sunni places in case of illiteracy they amazed at the Shiite book, then what fundamentalism can we talk about?
But further the republic was flooded by the completely frostbitten "Wahhabists", who, in the most part, fled here from Dagestan. Having no roots here, they were clay in the hands of leaders - Basayev, Hattab, etc. They also went to them by local ones - but the same, without roots, socially dysfunctional. They are generally susceptible to cocktail from a bright idea, the coming World War II for this idea and everyday discipline based on violence. "Forty sticks in Sharia" is humiliating for any person. Especially for the Chechen: "A broken wolf is a mongrel."
“Forty sticks” was given not only by their own, but also by strangers - and not least for alcohol. My acquaintances of the Chechen-journalists also sometimes caught and pounded. But the bad habit became a way of resistance and "internal emigration."
At the center of confrontation, Wahhabism was the senior Kadyrov, Akhmat-Haji, as the mufti was held. Several attempts were even made to him, and Kadyrov’s transition to the side of the federal government at the very beginning of the “Second Chechen” was quite logical. And in the center at the Kadyrovs, both vodka and pork were covered at guests ...
But Akhmat-Haji died in the explosion on May 9, 2004.
The time has come for Ramzan. The “Security Service” created by him was not least equipped from the Akhmat-Haji guarantees “from the forest” of yesterday's Wahhabists. And the subordination system in it has developed a similar, not related to the Chechen tradition: beating and torture, "tangling blood", with subsequent beatings "for prevention."
I do not know what affects here - the form on the content or vice versa. But now we see something very familiar.
The same "dry law". True, with Wahhabists it was easier - alcohol could be bought on the central market as a "medicine" - the fundamentalists could not defeat this. Now there is no market itself - they told the sellers, and they left.
Wahhabists tried to cancel the New Year trees in Chechen schools. They were then "sent": let others not dictate how to live.
On January 14, Ramzan Kadyrov, speaking on the Vainakh television channel, noticed that it was worthwhile for young girls to walk with cell phones. And then, the students of the Oil Institute of Graduate, in camouflage, began to take away the "pipes". A few days later, one of the local security forces had to explain: Ramzan de had in mind that parents should educate the girls in modesty ...
The exhortations did not work. Last week, zhaki's moral zealots were looking for mobile phones from girls in buses. The word Ramzan still means more than clarifications and links to the law. In the process of restoring the morality of girls, naturally, felt - but what about it? For modesty, they are fighting and otherwise: there were cases when the camouflage “morals” checked in a cafe on what such basis couples are sitting there.
Everything happens behind the new facade of Chechnya, behind the walls without roofs and ceilings, but with plastic windows.
Now Ramzan’s words have reached us. It turned out uncomfortable. Boris Gryzlov said something about the need to carry out such decisions “through authorities”. What is he talking about?
But Allah is with him, with Gryzlov.
In the seventh year of the war against religious extremists who tried to tear off Chechnya from Russia, to wrest it from the birthday of legal space, what do we see there? Something very familiar. Only, firstly, do not call it the "legal space of Russia." And, secondly, explain: what did they fight for?
