In the Kremlin Lessons of December
It turned out. Whoever said that today about the “march of the disagreements”, which last Saturday went on Triumphal Square in Moscow, after several days it became completely clear - the action was a success. The statement of this fact does not require either special evidence or excessive arguments - everyone saw everyone themselves. The main result of the event was summed up by Harry Kasparov. Going off the truck on which the speakers performed, the leader of the OGF shouted into the crowd: "We will return here again!" The crowd picked up this slogan and, chanting it, went on one of the adjacent streets. And at that moment it became quite obvious: these people would really return. They were not afraid of anything this time, they are not afraid and next. And there will be much more of them, incomparably more. And then ... well, let's not run ahead, then let's see ...
In fact, what happened around the march and after it is no less interesting and important than the event itself. And, above all, of course, the reaction of the authorities. My colleague Leonid Radzikhovsky described her as fear. In this case, I would talk more about hysteria. Still, fear sometimes mobilizes, allows you to concentrate and even avoid failure. We observed a complete confusion that poured with saliva and small provocations. Saliya, as always, sprayed the LDPR. Even before the march, one of the deputies from this party, Mr. Abeltsev, warned that "everyone would be captured and defined." And already on Sunday, in the final program of Vladimir Solovyov, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, bulging his eyes, shouting about “other Russia”, organizing the “marsh of disagreements” that these are the main Russian extremists and that, of course, all of them must be planted. Zhirinovsky's hands trembled, and droplets of sweat appeared on his forehead.
The nervousness of Vladimir Volfovich is easily explained. After all, he is far from stupid and perfectly understands what could be extreme in this story. That is, when the train of the current Russian government will go into the morning fog, and he, like a little boy, will run after the last car with a cry “Take me! For so many years faith and truth ... ”, no one will reach out of his hands from the footboard. And Zhirinovsky will remain on the half -lands alone, and the Russian people will already be hung behind ...
The Moscow authorities behaved in a completely different way, the speaker from which was one of the secretaries of Yuri Luzhkov, someone Sergey Tsoi. This third -rate municipal clerk first allowed himself to threaten the organizers of the march with criminal prosecution, and after its completion spoke in the sense that it all ended with a “zilch”. Say, they promised us a bloody bathhouse here, and limited themselves to a banal rally. One must think, the official would be satisfied and would consider the action successful if serious unrest began in Moscow. I strongly doubt that his direct bosses share the annoyance of Mr. Tsoi. It is not for nothing that the entire metropolitan authorities, led by Yuri Mikhailovich himself, considered it appropriate not to speak out at all about the march or about the rumors that was preceded by. And there were many rumors.
A group of deputies, led by communist Viktor Ilyukhin, even wrote a letter to the head of the presidential administration Sergei Sobyanin about the preparatory provocation against the participants in the action. According to deputies, on the day of the march, some enemies of Russia were going to open fire on demonstrators. The blood spilled on the streets of Moscow, according to deputies, was to serve as an occasion to shift the whole group of security forces from their posts. That is, if we proceed from the logic of the signator, the hires of the opponents of the security forces were supposed to shoot at the crowd, who concentrated around the deputy prime minister Dmitry Medvedev. At least I understood this that way. Thank God, such large -scale provocations did not happen.
Small and funny happened. So, for example, a group of young people climbed onto the roof of a nearby house and launched a banner, which said something about political prostitutes. I did not have time to read the whole text - the banner was flooded in the wind, besides, they did not hold it for long.
In addition, even before the rally, several people near Harry Kasparov, around whom the people crowded, threw a banner with the inscription "Stalin, Beria, Gulag." He lasted two minutes, after which the panel was torn, and the provocateurs were expelled outside the rally. But the story did not end there.
Commenting in the "Vesti of the Week", the final program on the RTR, the events on the Triumphal Square, the presenter Sergei Brilev showed this particular episode, supplying it with an outright lie. On the air of the RTR, it was stated that the banner was deployed by the National Bolsheviks. That is, the party included in the “other Russia” and is one of the organizers of the march. Moreover, the RTR operator was clearly aware of the impending action - he managed to recall it completely. It is sad, of course, when the leading analyst of the chief goskanal sinks to minor provocations, but there is nothing to be done here - the bread of the propagandist and agitator is heavy, sometimes you have to smell.
On Monday, the RTR initiated the once popular Izvestia newspaper. It is necessary to think and her photojournalist in advance in detail was instructed in detail on the subject of which shooting should be brought from the march.
