It sounds something like this: the current Russian elite is not at all businessmen who are baking about their capital and therefore inevitably dependent on the West, but, on the contrary, the foremen of the spirit, who are not interested in money, but only eternal power in one individual country (Russia). And therefore the current rulers of Russia - they are forever, like diamonds. In intelligent performance, this version was set out in one of the articles in the “Hedes”, in a tram rudeness style traditional for the Kremlin domestic policy-on several Internet soaps.

Since the bold version in the near future is likely to pour us on us from many additional media-checkers, I would like to discuss it right now. Without leaving the present.

In this thesis, in my opinion, the cause and investigation are seriously confused.

The Russian elite was never going to quarrel with the West on her own initiative. She had long and consistently wanted to become in North America and Western Europe - an integral part of the Western elite. She just didn’t really succeed. It happens like this: you do it - and it does not work.

And in the field of political tactics intended for servicing a life strategy, our ruling elite has long and consistently behaved, precisely on the basis of the first significant goal - self -will in the West.

All the first years of his reign, also now known as the Putin climb-Colen (PPSK), the ex-president of the Russian Federation committed in foreign policy, mainly, purely pro-Western steps. Our distant and close military bases were closed completely calmly, without a nervous, troops were displayed, the US friendly forces were invited to the territory of the CIS, and in 2000 Putin openly reasoned about the prospects of Russia's joining NATO. All this, of course, was not accompanied by vigorous stories about the “revival of the Empire”, but then - for domestic consumption, so that the Russian people would not worry and to continue. And for export - a completely different story (with geography).

The problems began later. In the middle of this decade. When the Russian ruling layer suddenly realized that he could not become his west and his relatives.

Ours tried very hard and firmly believed that gigantic Russian money, coupled with the political RF-Loyalty, would do their job. But - did not . Why?

For two reasons.

1. The mental-value barrier separating our elite from the western, was insurmountable. The steady idea of ​​the omnipotence of material resources, that a lot of money allows a person to go to a new biological dimension and become higher than any law, written and unwritten, turned out to be not completely, but still alien.

Representatives of our ruling elite in the sincerity of the rejection by the Euro -American monetocratic doctrine did not believe and decided that it was all about hypocrisy, it was Russophobia: they simply did not want to let us so glorious, because we are Russians. Actually, then this elite first remembered her formal National Corps.

2. An unexpectedly awakened tendency to the West to intimidate itself with Russia.

Soon after the fall of the Soviet Union (and the Yalta world as a whole), when, it seemed, the United States did not and would not have direct global competitors, it turned out that democracy and freedom should still have enemies. Otherwise, Western society is too relaxing, softening and forgetting about its universal universalist mission.

First (2001-2004), Islamic terrorism worked in the field of a superviation. But on this electric throne he could not resist for a long time. Not least because he experienced big problems with subjectivity. Where does the terrorism, where is its constant residence, whether the Osam Ben Laden really exists, or does it only fade, why it is impossible to catch him, how it turns out that this thin monster from the lost mountain cave controls the most terrible and terrible terrorist attacks in the heart and head of the free world - there was no convincing answer to all these issues of convincing answers. Well, after the establishment of a cleansing chaos in Iraq and the accurate clarification that the Saddam did not create a mass defeat - the superviation broke up and flowed.

It was then that the Russian Federation turned up under the irritated hand. Which by that time had almost persuaded herself that she got up from her knees and revived as a great military-political force.

And in response, conservative, neoconservative, military, intelligence and other square circles of the West hastened to join the Russian Federation. You see, they said circles, we always knew that the threat to the world comes from Russia, and now the Russians themselves recognize this. Moreover, unlike Osama, everything is clear with them: breadth and longitude are evident. Kremlin, Putin, to demand.

In vain, our elite tried to grab the West by the floors of the jacket and reverently explain that the propaganda of the “imperial revival” is all for the inner cattle to chew the grass and did not think about anything. It was too late. A significant part of the Western elite managed to believe in a myth, which became very beneficial for her. For “Bloody Putin” for some time now you can justify everything: the growth of military expenses, the creation of new bases, the expansion of NATO, and in general there are a lot of things.

And then “color” revolutions came in some of the CIS-states. And our elite, firmly believing that the world was ruled by the dialectical triad “Money - Technology - Fart”, refused to believe that these revolutions themselves were evoked in national strata. No, it was clear - they were paid and organized the United States (and who else? Such a project is only possible for the most monetary, technological and pharmacy subject in the world). So - they threw us. The older brother turned out to be the stale of cattle and illegally rejected us from his warm chest.

A verbal response to bitter insults - and not at all a strategic state declaration - and was Munich speech. The meaning of which can be fitted in a short question: "How so?"

In general, the evolution of relations of our eternity lovers with the West developed according to the well -known scheme of Japanchik - Mikhas.

A noticeable representative of the Russian elite I., known in certain circles as a Japanese, in the early 1990s arrived in the United States not to quarrel with America. But - to live and prosper there. But America, the bitch, on the far -fetched charge put Japanchik in prison, and after the expiration of the imprisonment - sent to the Russian Federation.

Another large ideologist, also known as “Mikhas”, is stuck in a similar story in Switzerland. He also wanted not to fight with the country of a new stay, but calmly surrender to the beauty of Lake Geneva. And what? These Swiss bitches organized a criminal case and, despite the acquittal of the merciful jurors, expelled the “Mikhay” to the very homeland. What is it called, yo-mine?

Now it is quite possible, if desired, to argue that the “Japanchik” and “Mikhas” are genuine Russian patriots who composed the long -term program for the development of the Russian Federation and those who want to perform it for life. And they never wanted to the West at all. And if you look at the photos of these people with the patriarch, you are immediately convinced: here they are - zealots of Christian piety. In another corner - a ceremonial portrait of the brush of Nikas Sofronov, proving the revival of Russian culture. Everything converges. Complete eternity. As in an old joke, and you are all: "Money, money!" .

And all of their jacket - the covered merchants and blooming talkers, the foremen and killers, six and Kholui - gathered in the Palazzo authority of the fraternal banquet in the near Moscow, in a single impulse they have the right to say: yes, Ivan Ivanovich (Mark Abramych), you devoted this insignificant West ! But of course, of course, I would like to divide any of the personnel of the wolf -eating fate of the owner. And if that - the statement will always follow: he was not, did not take it, did not participate, did not have the opportunity to know.

But God with them, with the "Mikhas" and their patriotic dialectics. Let's move on to empirical things. To understand what the truth of the goal of the Russian Federation is the truth, you can apply the method simple and obvious. Namely: an express assessment of the results of the stay of this elite in power. After all, they have reigned us with a good 12 years - from the days of the second election of Boris Yeltsin. A sufficient period to draw conclusions.

We have already summed up detailed results with Vladimir Putin (i.e. the very results of elite domination), we will not repeat. Let's go briefly on them.

• During the reporting period, the country's economy has become completely dependent on the export of energy carriers, and the financial system - on speculative foreign capital. On -duty talk about high technologies and the “knowledge economy” remained conversations.

• The concept of the “Eurasian Nigeria” (“Energy Empire”) has been established: unrestrained, by all existing and non -existent channels, the export of raw materials in case of refusal to use natural raw materials for reindustrialization of the economy; The line to a solid increase in raw materials for the population.

• agriculture in decline; The country was in critical dependence on the import of worldwide valuable food.

• Military-industrial complex: restless export of old Soviet weapons and equally middle-aged technologies, paralysis of new large-scale developments, due to this-the imminent loss of the main external markets of marketing, Chinese and Indian; with equivalent consequences for all of our military -industrial complex.

• Foreign policy: Russia's loss of the status of the regional power and the political center of the post-Soviet space (which was manifested with irresistible force during the Ossetian war on August 8-12).

• The Armed Forces: the transition from controlled degradation to uncontrollable (the Ossetian war showed nothing new here except the Verging weakness of the Georgian army).

• Bureaucracy, civil and power: total corruption, the apparatus of any political decisions only if there is a direct material interest of the executing official.

• Destruction of the infrastructure of fundamental science.

Okay, enough for now. To any unbiased observer, these results are well known in all details and three projections.

Attention: these results of the reign of the current elite testify to its long -term interests that go into Russian eternity, or, conversely, of the philosophy of temporary workers who came only to divide and dispose of the imperial inheritance?

Here the picky critic will object: if they build a “world stoker”, i.e. Eurasian Nigeria, then everything else is an army, science, etc. - They probably just do not have no need. But in the stoker region, perhaps, the eternity strategy is still manifested?

Alas, here is a bummer.

Despite the growing gas deficit and the upcoming oil problems in the country's economy (on the domestic market), our apostles of eternity have not begun over the past 10 years to develop new large oil and gas fields. Those deposits, which, in the presence of good will, were supposed to go into operation in the midst of the shock Putin eight -year -old. The question of the shortage of raw materials is delegated to the next generation.

Instead of saving deposits, they were engaged in a redistribution of assets and financial flows.

Tell me, are the responsible people going to growing tomorrow, or temporary workers, looking for to grab to grab that it is bad?

And all the key enterprises of the country for some reason are framed today for offshore companies and trusts. With such a confusing scheme of ownership that to the final owners (more precisely, beneficiaries) without the FBI and judge Baltazar Garzon, you will get to the bottom. I wonder why people who allegedly have come forever, are so embarrassed to arrange assets for their eternal names?

“You will recognize them by fruits” (Matt., 7:16). Is there enough fruits to bring a magnificent fig tree of the Russian elite to judge this elite of genuine goals and real intentions?

Here, adherents of the new Kremlin theory take out an argument from the sleeve, which seems very trumped for them: South Ossetia. Say, since they recognized it coupled with Abkhazia, there is no money in the West, and some continuous long -term interests at home.

You might think that the Russian ruling elite fell on this sad land right from the moon and exactly August 8, 2008. And, falling down, immediately began to defend the interests of Russia.

Or did we immediately forget how this actually happened?

The previous many years of the Russian rulers did not recognize Abkhazia and South Ossetia, because the United States promised them that Status Quo will remain an arbitrarily long time. Before lunch 08.08.08. The Kremlin was engaged in convening the UN Security Council and generally wanted America to remind her of the promise. And only when he realized that Status quo is irrevocably dead, and the United States would not fulfill anything, with a delay of 16 o’clock - decided to fight.

Then, at the end of the war and immediately after it, our rulers tried to exchange the recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia to resign Mikhail Saakashvili. It didn't work out. Then they tried to bargain for several days, hoping to get from the West at least something for refusing to recognize. When it became completely clear that the West would not give anything in return except its international peacekeepers, the last and only decisions were made.

I dare to remind you that on August 11, when the speaking Kremlin’s foreheads muttered with might and main, that the recognition of the R and Yuo is not very necessary for us, the author of these lines wrote : “ We must hope that the United States and Ko will not force Saakashvili to resign. And then the Kremlin will not have a way out of how to recognize Abkhazia with Southern Ossetia. ” This, by the way, is to the question of whose forecasts come true there.

And do not pretend that the decision, for which Medvedev took all responsibility, caused patriotic delight in the elites, continuous and stormy. There was no elite consensus regarding the topic of recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia and there was no, which anyone who has open eyes sees.

Yes, those very political technologists who successfully served the Kremlin in various presidential elections-from large Ukraine to little proud Abkhazia. Those who last year declared the “future president of the Russian Federation” Sergei Ivanov, too transparently hinting that “Dima was leaked”. Who until recently claimed that all power in the country will always be with the “national leader”, he is also the “senior king” (though in the last 2 months a strong reverse move has been revealed here). Those who managed, possessing almost unlimited resources, even a bunch of governor's elections in Russia itself-from the Primorsky Territory 2001 to Altai 2004. (Then the elections, to the calm of technologists, were completely canceled.) In general, serious specialists in the healing properties of God's dew.

After all, they also did something eloquently speaking and evidence.

For example, youth movements of the type of “ours” or “young Guard EP”. They did not bring any benefit to the Kremlin (except for the “prevention” of the mythical orange revolution in the Russian Federation, of course), but who have committed a lot of harm (especially for the Kremlin reputation in the West). It seems to you, what are they created for: for eternity or a hasty cut of crazy dough?

And the “media” of the level of Yoki.ru or Electorat.info created by the entire penetrating Kreminity (the Kremlin political technologists does not get anything more decent, how much money do not squander)? This is probably a mirror of well -prepared eternity?

Or the campaign "For Putin!" An example of autumn 2007, which made the whole world-no, not shudder, but twisting a finger at the temple. Here, too, will we find a bunch of thoughts about eternity? Or about the budget of the election campaign, which had to be sucked out of the finger, because Was the Operation "Successor" could be done completely without wild hysteria and giant expenses?
