The former chief of staff of the presidential guard of the Republic of Ichkeria, Islam Datsayev, turned himself in to the law enforcement agencies of the Chechen Republic. Law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation to determine the militant’s involvement in the criminal activities of illegal armed groups. A few days ago, the former head of state security of Ichkeria, Sultan Gelikhanov, also turned himself in to law enforcement agencies.
