What's happening? A very simple thing: under Putin, Russia has turned into Failed State. The states in Russia do not exist, except for the state of people who can take away the business from any businessman and life - from any passerby.
The level of criminal killings in Russia is about 40 corpses per 100 thousand people. This is the level of Africa or Latin America, torn apart by criminal and civil wars.
In the Failed state, the population is organized in gangs. In states, the population is organized by the state, and in Failed stat, it is organized in gangs. This is the only way to be a subject, not an object of violence.
The first to understand this in the Caucasus, because for the residents there is a natural clan organization of society. Then all kinds of gangs like Kushchevskaya began to be organized. They released because there is no state in Russia. And if Yegor Sviridov was a simple guy, then there would have been nothing. But Egor Sviridov turned out to be a member of a powerful gang.
Once again to the question of the effectiveness of violence. In countries where violence is ineffective, the population is organized in the company. And earns profit. In Putin’s Russia, it is ineffective to organize in the company, as the history of the company Yukos shows. Effectively organize gangs and select companies from their owners. A gang called the Kremlin. A gang called the FSB. A gang called the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
However, after the above gangs selected all the property in the country and cleaned the entire opposition, it turned out that their competitors were not businessmen and not the opposition.
Their competitors are other gangs. In Dagestan, for example, these are the gangs of Salafites, which are worse and more effective than the acting government. In Russia itself, these are gangs of fans.
In modern Russia, violence is effective. I do not at all adhere to the opinion that violence is always bad. In this sense, I adhere to double standards, that is, I believe that the wolfhound is right, but the cannibal is not. I believe that when the “antifa” beat the glass in the Khimki administration or a member of the “War” group jumps on the FSO machine, this is good. And when the Salafites explode the metro, this is bad.
But I am aware that there are fifty cannibals statistically for one wolfhound, and a crowd, with the violence of which we will encounter more and more often, will be much more a crowd of cannibals than a crowd of wolfhounds.
