Крупнейшими акционерами Норникеля являются его гендиректор Михаил Прохоров (бенефициар Dimosenco) и основной владелец холдинга "Интеррос" и Росбанка Владимир Потанин (бенефициар Pharanco) - им принадлежит по 27.39% акций.

Норникель занимает седьмое место в рейтинге "Ведущие предприятия России" по итогам 2005 года, представленном рейтинговым агентством АК&M в сентябре 2006 года.

КАМАЗ запретил своим дилерам продавать китайские автомобили

КАМАЗ нашел способ противодействовать нашествию китайских автопроизводителей. Автогигант распространил среди своих дилеров письмо, в котором угрожает сократить квоту или даже расторгнуть договор с теми компаниями, которые активно продвигают китайские бренды. Как пишет газета "РБК daily", экспертов такая тактика удивила, ведь китайцы и КАМАЗ работают в разных сегментах и не конкурируют между собой.

РИАТ, крупный дилер КАМАЗа в Набережных Челнах, уже отказался от продления контракта с ИРИТО, дистрибьютором грузовиков FAW и DongFeng. Как сообщил в разговоре гендиректор РИАТа Владимир Пономарев, его компания решила заняться продажей китайских брендов в 2006г., посчитав, что эта продукция не создает прямой конкуренции КАМАЗу, так как обладает другой грузоподъемностью.

"Понять РИАТ несложно, ведь компания является еще и крупным поставщиком дополнительного оборудования для КАМАЗа. Для нее сотрудничество с КАМАЗом - основа существования, и ей ничего не оставалось делать, как отказаться от китайцев", - заявил в разговоре один из участников рынка, пожелавший остаться неназванным.

Такая стратегия может быть эффективной только в том случае, если спрос превышает предложение, говорит один из участников рынка. По итогам 2006г. КАМАЗ произвел 42,8 тыс. автомобилей, показав рост на 34%. И несмотря на то, что завод увеличил производство, дилеры испытывают дефицит автомобилей.

Комстар-ОТС рассчитывает в течение месяца получить разрешение греческих властей на покупку 51% интернет-провайдера HoL

ОАО Комстар - Объединенные ТелеСистемы (Комстар-ОТС, входит в АФК Система) рассчитывает в течение месяца получить разрешение греческих антимонопольных органов на покупку 51% акций греческого интернет-провайдера Hellas on Line (HoL), сообщил во вторник журналистам гендиректор Комстара-ОТС Эрик Франке.

Он отметил, что после получения этого разрешения Комстар-ОТС выкупит акции допэмиссии этой компании и станет владельцем 51% ее акций. Также Франке сообщил, что в 2007 году планируется проведение ребрендинга HoL. Он затруднился сказать, как будет называться новая компания, но выразил уверенность, что слово "Комстар" в нем будет присутствовать.

Комстар-ОТС 4 декабря 2006 года объявил о подписании соглашения с греческой компанией Intracom Holdings о приобретении 51% акций компании Hellas on Line (HoL, Греция). Для проведения сделки требуется одобрение регулирующих органов Греции. Сумма сделки составит 47,9 миллиона евро. "У нас есть планы по интеграции компании HoL в структуру бизнеса Комстар-ОТС и проведению ребрендинга ее услуг и продуктовых предложений", - сообщал тогда Франке.

Основанный в 1993 году, HoL стал первым интернет-провайдером в стране. В состав группы Intracom Holding компания вошла в январе 2006 года. HoL - один из крупнейших альтернативных операторов связи, третий по размеру занимаемой доли рынка (12%) интернет-провайдер широкополосного доступа в Греции.

Компания предоставляет услуги ADSL, dial-up, VoIP, хостинга, располагает собственной волоконно-оптической сетью связи в Афинах протяженностью 90 километров и планирует дальнейшее ее строительство на территории столицы и других крупных городов Греции. Абонентская база HoL насчитывает около 35 тысяч ADSL клиентов и 70 тысяч dial-up пользователей. Выручка компании в 2005 году составила 25,6 миллиона евро.

Комстар-ОТС был создан в ноябре 2005 года путем объединения на базе ЗАО Комстар бизнеса группы дочерних телекоммуникационных компаний АФК Система - операторов связи Телмос и МТУ-Информ. В настоящее время Комстар-ОТС - крупнейший мультисервисный оператор связи в Москве, Московской области, некоторых регионах России и СНГ. Акционерами компании с учетом сделок репо в настоящее время являются АФК Система (43,635% акций), Deutsche Bank AG (10,945%), ЗАО Объединенные ТелеСистемы (20,59%), ОАО МГТС (4,13%), ЗАО Объединенные ТелеСистемы МГТС (16,57%) и ECU Gest Holding (4,13%).

РЖД проведет переговоры с представителями итальянской железной дороги

Делегация ОАО Российские железные дороги (РЖД) во главе с президентом компании Владимиром Якуниным в среду начинает четырехдневный визит в Италию.

Как сообщили в пресс-службе РЖД, в рамках визита планируются переговоры с представителями итальянской железной дороги. Запланированы встречи Якунина с министром транспорта Италии Алессандро Бьянки (Alessandro Bianchi), полномочным управляющим национальной компанией Итальянские железные дороги (Ferrovie dello Stato) Мауро Моретти (Mauro Moretti) и президентом ведущей промышленной группы Италии Финмекканика (Finmeccanica) Пьером Франческо Гуаргуальини (Pier Francesco Guarguaglini). Делегации РЖД будут представлены подразделения Итальянских железных дорог, она ознакомится с высокоскоростными магистралями Италии.

По окончании встреч состоятся трехсторонние переговоры представителей РЖД, Итальянских железных дорог и группы Финмекканика. Накануне визита делегации РЖД Гуаргуальини в беседе с журналистами выразил надежду на заключение соглашения с российской компанией. При этом он уточнил, что этот документ может быть связан с высокоскоростным сообщением, обеспечением безопасности на железнодорожном транспорте и даже с использованием космических спутниковых технологий.

Сотрудничество между РЖД и группой Финмекканика было закреплено в специальном протоколе еще в 2005 году и подтверждено меморандумом, который Якунин и Гуаргуальини подписали в Риме в сентябре 2006 года. Концерн Финмекканика контролирует более 100 компаний по всему миру и специализируется на высоких технологиях, в том числе в таких областях как аэронавтика, космическая техника, вертолетостроение и оборонная техника; среди подконтрольных компаний имеются транспортные, энергетические и информационные.
