TJournal has collected dedications to Mother's Day in different genres, from video clips to Vine videos
In many countries of the world, including Denmark, Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan and the USA, Mother's Day is celebrated on a grand scale on the second Sunday of May (in Russia this holiday is celebrated on every last Sunday of November).
Special advertising is often released for Mother's Day, many artists dedicate their work to it, and brands organize tributes and special campaigns.
On this occasion, TJournal publishes a selection of the most striking dedications to Mother's Day from different years.

One of the biggest tributes to Mother's Day in 2014 was the video that Eminem released for his new single Headlights. Director Spike Lee took part in the creation of the video, and in just 24 hours the video spread across the Internet and collected about three million views on YouTube alone.
Most of the video is shot from the first person, it tells the story of the musician’s difficult relationship with his mother, and his childhood photos flash in the frame every now and then.
This is not the first video from famous performers dedicated to Mother’s Day - for example, a few years ago the video “Motherlover” by the comedy group The Lonely Island became very famous. It was published in April 2011 and over the next few years received 60 million views. It starred such celebrities as Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson, and the main star was Justin Timberlake in a goatee .
In April 2014, the Boston agency Mullen published a vacancy online offering work without vacations or wages. Twenty-four people who responded, despite the strange working conditions, learned that they would have to work seven days a week, mostly on their feet, and would require significant stress tolerance and skills in financial management, medicine and cooking. Only at the very end of the interview were they explained to the taken aback applicants that all this time they had been talking about the “vacancy” of the mother.
The advertising campaign was made for a site that sells postcards, and the video with its results received 19 million views on YouTube in a month.
Another example of a great Mother's Day tribute this year is a short film by 23-year-old filmmaker Aneesh Chaganti. The video was shot in ten days in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tokyo and India, and the main tool for its creation was Google Glass. The film was conceived by Chaganti himself, but Google later supported its promotion. This is most likely due to the need to improve the reputation of Glass, which the smart glasses manufacturer faced.
In two days, the video collected more than one and a half million views on YouTube.

For Mother's Day 2014, Instagram suggested tagging photos dedicated to mothers with the tag #WHPmamatoldme, and later published some of the pictures on the official blog.

A wave of congratulations covered Twitter (using the tags #mothersday , #bestmom and #happymothersday ) and Vine, with many comedians from Vine doing without jokes this time.
But there are also those who could not resist.
And as is usually the case with holidays, sometimes Mother's Day is just an excuse. As, for example, in this comic with a hint of Samsung copying the iPhone.
