The Federal Customs Service proposed to fence off all special economic zones so that their boundaries can be determined visually. To achieve this, the FCS insists on building fences around the zones. Their design does not promise to be special. Depending on the type of activity of the zone, its territory can be fenced with concrete blocks, an electronic fence and even barbed wire. But it is planned to equip the SEZ borders with the latest electronics - communication channels and local computer networks that will operate around the clock.
