There are only two sensational incidents, but bright. I saw yesterday in the news - Minister Nurgaliev apologized, talked about unprofessionalism and job penalties. I apologized, I think, sincerely. In general, it is a pity to look at him lately. The 4-star general was already tired of asking for forgiveness, his eyes, like the beaten four-star general. And a man seems to be decent. Laughter and sin!

The replacement of Nurgaliev in itself, of course, will not lead to anything. There are just situations when you need to change and that's it. I'm afraid that both takes place.

It is interesting, however, that if a problem associated with physical degeneration can only be dealt with with time, by mixing blood and partial or complete biological substitution, then specific methods for solving problems in thrombinated systems were known in Soviet times. And now they are not outdated.

I mean such a classic technique as letters of the intelligentsia. Its author was academician Ivan Pavlov, who was not successfully entered into correspondence with Stalin. Then Peter Kapitsa picked up the baton, and also not notious: saved many people. Then, scientists, writers, and actors wrote, the letters were individual, collective, noble-spaced, and mean-tribute. The point was that in the absence of normally functioning, systemic channels of information, not only the society, but also the authorities in power, signed even by one, but better - if you are not Pavlov and not Kapitsa - a group of status intellectuals, allows you to influence the supreme solution. The highest leader, the first person, this letter provides a certain freedom of political maneuver: you can ignore, not a bar, the people will not notice and will not notice, but, on the contrary, to catch on, to listen.

For almost all zero, this technique did not work. Everyone understood that it was pointless to twitch. Putin did not even consider it necessary to pretend that he was interested in the opinion of the intelligentsia, since the intelligentsia itself was bought up in completely every sense, was socially lost, and does not represent any more opinion, even its own.
