Caucasus-on-Smolenka
A little more than a month has passed since the victory over Georgia, which strengthened international authority and increased the wash of Russia.
During this time, several events happened in the strengthening Russia. In Nazran, they pulled out and shot from the business class salon, without leaving the flight field, Magomed Evloev, a large businessman, the owner of the Ingushetia.ru website. In Moscow, in a silver borus, a torture for the Ingush was found. And on the Smolenskaya embankment, in two traffic lights from the White House, they shot Hero of Russia and the ex-deputy of the State Duma Ruslan Yamadayev.
This is not to say that during this time there were no events in the Caucasus itself. There were enough of them, as usual, by the house of different calibers - from 5.45 to 152 mm. Some of these Bytovuch, somehow: the liquidation of militants or militants of policemen-fell into news feeds, the majority did not fall.
For example, in Ingushetia, a 60-year-old old man who, during the heyday of the republic under the direction of President Zyazikov, disappeared several relatives and who knows that the total number of missing and killed Ingush during this time exceeded two thousand people, watched TV. A gun hung on the wall behind the TV, and President Medvedev was shown on the TV, who said that he would not leave any Russian citizen unprotected.
The president’s performance made such a deep impression on the old Ingush that he grabbed the gun and shot on the TV.
This small incident, of course, did not fall into the news.
Or, for example, in Dagestan there is one respected deputy (we will not give his name, but just say a deputy, because this story, in which the names are not important, but important details) did not share one thing with one respected official (again, we will not call his name, but we will only say that the official works in the administration of the president of the republic). A thing that they did not share was one Russian guy.
The respected deputy had such a habit: he bought positions in Moscow and put officials on them, preferably Russians, because Russians - they are like a algae, without roots, and then these Russians signed the papers that needed, and so money was earned.
And this Russian looked, under which he would have to put his signature, and got fast. Then the deputy came and beat him to half death in his office. But the Russian, instead of quitting, rushed for protection from the deputy to the official, and now all Dagestan is waiting with interest what will happen between these two influential people. And first it will be 7.62 caliber or 122 mm caliber, as in the case of the head of the pension fund and the head of the railway of the republic, in which the score is already 2: 1 in terms of armored Merses.
But this story did not get into the news, and it will not fall until a 122 mm caliber occurs.
But all this, as it was before the Russian-Georgian war, will be in the Caucasus, Amen. If this were not in the Caucasus, then the Caucasus would not be the Caucasus, but forgive me, some tundra.
And I'm talking about the stories that got into all the news: I mean Silver Bor and Smolensk embankment.
These stories fell into all news because they did not occur in the Caucasus, but in Moscow.
When you want to understand the cause of events, the easiest way to look at their result. We are told that Russia strengthened the sovereign power in this war. Something we strangely strengthened the sovereign power if before the war the Caucasus was in the Caucasus, and now he moved to Silver Bor.
What happened in South Ossetia? And very simple. There was a regime that behaved in relation to Georgia in the same way as Hezbollah in relation to Israel, and always demonstrated the complete readiness to fight against the Georgian fascists to the last drop of blood of each soldier of the Russian 58th Army. This regime has embodied its dreams. And the Georgian issue finally decided in one individual South Ossetia.
I, right, do not care about who used whom: the Kokoita anti -fascist used the Kremlin, or the Kremlin used the anti -fascist cocolate.
They mutually strengthened each other in their general picture of the world. They lit a glorious bonfire there, on which many things burned, including the Russian stock market. But the guys were very good. The scope of damage they caused can only be compared with the pettiness of the benefits they received.
What happened in the business class of the Moscow-Nazran aircraft? It happened that after the Russian-Georgian war, it turned out that everything was allowed. What happened in Silver Bor? And the same thing: everything is allowed. Why wet the Ingush with a trip on business trips? This is inconvenient. It is much better to do this at the place of registration, right in the area of an elite rest, being distracted by torture in between girls and drinking.
What happened on Smolenskaya Embankment? It is still unclear, but one thing can be said for sure: what happened is a Moscow story. This is not a Chechen story.

I mean the fact that the enmity of the owner of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and the owners of the Vostok battalion of the Yamadayev brothers was not a traditional Chechen enemy. It was enmity, deliberately full and encouraged by the security forces.
That is, what do I mean? Kadyrov is a person who can rightfully say: "The state in Chechnya is me." And Sulim Yamadaev is a good, desperate, brave fighter. Their resources are not comparable. Kadyrov is a strategist who, in a difficult situation, managed to obtain power, monopolize it, rebuild the Grozny, win the chess party against the Wahhabis and the federals, and make sure that they either rejoice or tremble. Sulim Yamadaev is a person who cannot come to his brother’s funeral, because several dozens of people devoted to him and in the deaths of people and the generals who Upen Chechnya cannot ensure safety.
And the security forces who, because of Kadyrov, lost the opportunity to continue the bloody mess in Chechnya and earn stars on this, deliberately pulled the Yamadaev and Kadyrov to the quarrel. They began to tell you that the mayor of Grozny will be removed now, that the prime minister will be removed now, that Ramzan will be removed now, and now, they say, as much as Gryzlov on the Council of Councils, Ruslan Yamadayev, the President of Chechnya, suggested. From these stories, trembling ran down the back.
Because the figures of Kadyrov and Yamadayev are not comparable. And it was clear that it would end one of the two. Either those security officials who hate Kadyrov and constantly stagger this tooth on the principle of “Shatai-shaking”, instead of dissolving stupid rumors, step further a step further and release a clip in the head of the Yamadayevs, so that his brothers deal with Kadyrov. Or Kadyrov will decide that the risk of Chechnya’s destabilization from such rumors exceeds the risk of blood feud and defiantly put a point in rumors. For example, from Stechkin on Smolenskaya Embankment.
This is the main result of the Russian-Georgian War. "Shatai - shakes." It turned out that there is no “Hezbollah” that the security forces are not ready to take into the allies, if necessary. There is no Baisarov, who, if necessary, are not ready to substitute under bullets. There are no limits for the fact that you can freeze for your own interests and present it as protecting the interests of Russia.
That is why, after the Russian-Georgian War, which strengthened the power of Russia and raised it from the knees, the Caucasus moved to Silver Bor.
