Last days in court were devoted to two important witnesses: Sergey Sorozhornikov, who was involved in the Consolidation of the companies in the “Yukos-Moskva” company, and the former strategic planning and corporate finance director Alexei Golubovich, who was wanted to search for fraud on charges with the assessment of the campaign. Russian enterprises, and then began to cooperate with the investigation in the Yukos case. None of these witnesses helped the charges. After the interrogation of Sorornikov, Mikhail Khodorkovsky even stated that on the basis only his testimony could be completed. At the request of the “Daily Journal”, the situation in court is commented by the lawyer of Khodorkovsky Vadim Kluvgant :

“At the end of the fourth - beginning of the fifth ten witnesses of the prosecution, you already cease to be surprised at the fact that they refute the accusation. The latest witnesses differ in that they are professionals, therefore their explanations and evidence are especially convincing, specific, saturated with facts, more systemic and structured than others. Thus, their refutation of the prosecution position looks even more clearly and convincing. So one witness studied reporting, was engaged in compilation, and says that he clearly visible: all oil was always paid, and this payment covered the costs of its production. After that, no accusation of theft of oil is simply impossible. Then the same witness says that those companies that the accusation calls the funds or guns of theft, which, according to the elegant expression of the prosecution, transferred the right of ownership and, accordingly, money for oil - all these companies entered the Yukos group, consolidated in the group according to their indicators. That is, not only is there any damage, there is no embezzlement, but also the money outside the Yukos did not go anywhere. Another witness states that the exchange of shares was normal, honest, no one was deceiving or hid anyone that he was needed to protect against the raider attack, the conditions of this exchange were fair, there was no doubt until the ordered investigators came and began to take a shadow on the waddle.

The accusation is interested in the income of witnesses-this technique is old as the world: when the witness says not what the accusation wants, the discussion of his personality begins: do you have, they say, everything is in order? But in the case of Sergey Sorornikov, there was another line: the questions that were asked to him mainly about foreign managers of Yukos, those who, in particular, signed under complaints to the European Court of Human Rights and in respect of which there is a fabricated criminal case on far -fetched suspicions. Actions in international courts are very nervous, so there is a desire for a counterattack. And it was difficult to get rid of the impression that a person was put on the testimony of the rostrum, led to an oath and, using this circumstance, tried with his help to harm these foreign managers. And since he is not amenable, hints begin about his own income. The hints are baseless, empty, but stylistics, of course, attracts attention. ”

AFTER EARTH

Once, one of my friends, a single-grader in the framework of the project under the conditional name “Raising will” bought an oilcloth notebook for 44 kopecks and firmly intended to keep a diary, and make notes in it strictly daily, not missing a single day. About a month later, he decided to demonstrate the results of his efforts to me. The diary looked approximately like this: “January 26. Nothing happened ”,“ January 27. There was nothing. " “January 28. All the same. " “January 29. I had an interesting dream. But I forgot him. " This diary simply impressed and excited the imagination of the abundance and motley of intriguing events of this kind. But the gloomy process of raising will stubbornly continued until the very last page.

I remember this oilcloth notebook all the time, trying to follow the course of another "educational" process. That one. On each of his page, “everything is the same” is also read. And it will end, apparently only when the pages of this thick notebook end.

In general, everything is the same. The defendants will still spread rot the prosecutors:

Lebedev : “I’ve been waiting for two years for two years to be interrogated to testify!”

Lakhtin : "It will be a very strong interrogation, Lebedev!"

Lebedev : "Stock up with diapers, do not forget!"

The judge with the same imposition is trying to introduce the course of the process into the shores of at least approximate decency.

Dialogues that seem, and are quite absurd, make the stagnant imagination work. However, no, even the most impudent imagination will help us find at least some meaning in this, for example, dialogue:

Lakhtin : "Who was taking into account in Cyprus?"

Patterners: "Girl ... Russian ..."

Lakhtin : “Girl. Do not remember the name? "

Patterners : "Oksana, it seems."

Lakhtin : "And the last name?"

Patterners : “She had a Cypriot name, I don’t remember. She got married there and took her husband’s last name. ”

Lakhtin : "Great!"

What is wonderful? Why is it wonderful? And what all this is related to the issues discussed. Your deeds are wonderful, Lord!

From time to time, the parties exchange jokes:

Golubovich : "Shek is my former secretary, sitting in the reception room ... That year she was on maternity leave, as usual."

Lakhtin : “As usual. Congratulations to her ... "

Or:

Lakhtin : “There is a document that is directly related to the witness ... and to other persons ... in particular, to ... Nevzlin ... on the international wanted list ...”

Lebedev : "And what, they still have not found?"

It's funny what can you say ... you will be laughed ...

It seems that we know that the process stems today - here and now. But all the time the feeling of any weightlessness, pulled out of space and time does not leave.

“Your honor,” one of the accused exclaims at some point, “well, ask the prosecutor to clarify the dates! BC, our era?! " "After Earth!" - the prosecutor retorts.

It seems to be a joke.
