Three militants were killed in Ingushetia

In Ingushetia, as a result of an operation in the village of Verkhny Achaluki, three militants were destroyed, ITAR-TASS reports with reference to a source in the law enforcement agencies of the republic.

"During the shootout, three law enforcement officers were killed and eight were injured," the source said. Now the investigation group is working on the spot, the identities of the dead militants are being established.

The militants were hidden in a private house 49 on Zarechnaya Street in the village of Verkhnyaya Achaluki. They were asked to surrender, but they showed armed resistance.
